The burgers are good and definitely worth trying. The banana pudding is the highlight - easily a 10/10.
What guests say about Rosie's Burgers - Mile End
Rosie’s Burgers in Mile End stands out mainly for its smash burgers, crispy chicken, and banana pudding, which often comes up as a must-try. The service is generally described as fast, friendly, and efficient, and many appreciate the cleanliness and atmosphere. A few customers find the portions or prices a bit high, and some dishes can be too salty or inconsistent, especially when it’s very busy. It’s a good option if you’re looking for a simple, fresh, and indulgent burger, but the dine-in experience is more limited because of the small space.

Best service !
Surprise very good place, and very Good Burger
I recently tried Rosie’s Burger and overall had a good experience. The prices are definitely on the higher side, but the food was good. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, and it was very flavorful with a nice kick without being overwhelming. I also tried the banana pudding, which I’ve been seeing all over my FYP. It was decent, but personally, I didn’t really understand all the hype. The service was quick, and I liked that they have both indoor seating and a terrace for eating outside. Overall, it’s a solid spot with good food, but nothing that completely blew me away.
Awesome food very very good i would 10000% recommend and the worker is super duper chill. Lovely area as well if your nearby and hungry i most def recommend to go try this spot.
The burger was just an average smash burger, and chicken burger as well 7/10. The banana pudding was really good tho and worth trying 9/10. The staff is friendly and food comes pretty quick.
Finally tried Rosie’s and it’s pretty mediocre overall. First off quite expensive for what it is, 2 burger trios to-go cost us $50. Burger tasted bland (funny because ppl are saying it’s salty, maybe they over-corrected?). My partner also thought it was bland too. Fries and onion rings are very good though! But heads up onion rings were greasy. But after eating finishing the food, I didn’t feel good. Comme un certain malaise. It’s how I feel after eating McDonald’s sometimes. I dunno, I really wanted to like Rosie’s as it’s in the hood. Sorry :(
Burger is overrated.. served cold from the inside although i ate it on the spot there..
I'll give it 4 starts only for the banana pudding, burgers were too salty I wasn't able to finish it
A really good smash burger! I really enjoyed their brioche bread and the ingredients were fresh and tasty. The Rosie sauce was also very good! The meat is juicy and not greasy. The overall burger is a bit messy to eat and they only have outside seating in the summer so keep that in mind. It’s mostly a to go counter. It was tasty but it also didn’t knock my socks off for a burger.
Yes, it's a smash burger place. But the burger is fresh, not too greasy, and the chicken is very nice! Bonus points for the banana pudding. Lovely staff, the place is quite small, so there isn't always a place to sit down and eat, and the counter is not very wide. Reasonable prices, specially a simple burger. Come for the food, but don't bet on eating in the restaurant.
It was the best
I got the Rosie burger which was pretty good. Personally, it wasn’t anything absolutely mind blowing, it tasted like a very classic burger, but still tasty with fresh ingredients. The fries were actually really good, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. One downside is that there’s not a lot of seats to dine-in, so if the place is busy, your only options is take-out if you don’t want to wait to sit down. I paid 22$ in total which I feel was a tiny bit too much for what I got, especially that it wasn’t anything crazy, but that might just be me. Overall though, it was a pretty good spot and I do recommend checking it out!
Simply perfect. simple burger but flavourful, simple crisp fries, took me back to a time before we had cellphones and the mourning doves were still singing.
Great place, love the food, great service by Rob and will definitely come back!
Great burger 10/10
Honestly, the videos ive seen online made me think that the people may have been paid to say all the good things they said, but today I was proven wrong. I went with the BBQ burger combo with onion rings, The Rosie combo with fries, a spicy chicken sandwich as well as a honey mustard dip and a buttermilk ranch dip. The meal was nothing short of freakin' delicious. The only flaw I could find was in the spicy chicken sandwich. It felt like it didn't have as much going for it like the other 2 burgers did. The meat inside of The Rosie and the BBQ burger was juicy and well seasoned. The Rosie sauce had a strong impact on the flavors. The American cheese they use accentuates everything to create a perfect burger. The BBQ, in my opinion was just a little overpowering, but otherwise, nothing wrong with it. Afterwards, I got a banana pudding and an oreo milkshake. The banana pudding was, as advertised, banana pudding. It tasted great and the most important part was that it wasn't too sweet. As someone who doesnt like bananas, this was very pleasant. The banana pieces, the graham crumbs and the pudding itself complemented eachother well and brought it all together. The oreo (cookies and cream) shake was also good. It was a bit sweeter and some oreo chunks were stuck on the bottom of the cup, which I had just a bit of trouble getting. Overall, Rosie's burgers is a great burger joint. From the food to the desserts, everything was just about perfect. Of course, the food is just a tad pricey but I find that it was worth it. Around $80-ish was spent today. I also have a peanut allergy and what I tried today had none of it. :) PS. Try the buttermilk ranch. Its great.
Very good smashburger!
Burgers were very ok, nothing special. They lacked some flavour. The place is packed and quite tight, good for pick up only.
One of the best smash burger I’ve eaten in Montreal!
Very tasty and simple fooood. How its supposed to be. Rosie sauce is tasty so i reccomend the party beef burger ! The original chicken burger is also very good and chicken is seasoned well ! And ofc we got the banana pudding which was super tasty and creamy. Will def go back.
Really nice place. The facilities are clean and up kept. We spilled our coke and the gentleman working there offered us a new one and cleaned up after us, even in a rush. The service is speedy. The food is incredible. The music and atmosphère are great. The prices are right. The chicken burger and fries are one of a kind.
The Rosie Smashburger is soo good. The bun is buttery and pattys are juicy. I found the double patty Rosie burger very filling alone. We also ordered their half onion rings and half fries, very good too. They were soft and thick. I dont know any other place that does these kinds of fries so, it was a good change. We also had their chocolate milkshake and that, that was delicious. It was very velvety and we loved it. It was made with 2% milk and the chocolate taste was so rich. Their burgers are obviously pricey but I would pay for their burgers. The place also has high chairs against the walls, not many though and it would be better to take out.
Staff was super kind. The food was so so fresh. Great place for a ash burger.
Absolutely delicious smash burgers. Original chicken sandwich was great as well. Will def be my go to burger spot.
