Bought a box of 6 pastel de nata for $12 and they are some of the best I’ve had! 4 of the original and 1 coconut plus 1 chocolate just to mix it up. The original were my favourite, chocolate was good but a bit overpowering and the coconut had good texture.

Food : decent ( the non spicy sauce was flavorless. Service: horrible! There's an older lady who was working that day alonside a younger girl who was at the cash. Long story short, i was spoken to very nasty because i asked if the baked goods were made that day. It gets better. I left the store with no sauce on my chicken ( not a drop) so , I went back and asked for some sauce for my chicken. The younger lady says, I'm sure i put sauce on your chicken. I opened the container showing her the dry piece of chicken and she heads to the fridge and hands me a cold jelly like sauce. I asked her if she has any not from the fridge and she turns right around behind her towards the counter and grabs the hot , hot sauce. At that point, I really feel like there was discrimination and a purposely made decision to make me feel unwelcomed. Well, they got their wish. I will take my money elsewhere. They aren't even worth it. The food is nasty and they don't clean our season the meat before all that grilling. They rely on that horrible sauce to flavor the food. Yuck!

I ordered through Uber Eats and asked for spicy chicken, but this was the driest chicken I’ve ever tried. It didn’t have any sauce at all and wasn’t even mildly spicy. Very disappointing. Honestly, the worst Portuguese chicken I’ve had in Montreal.

I used to frequent this place when it opened religiously. Now on a short trip, I was excited to see they were still open. I can say with certainty that this place has not changed. You have to stop here and try it out. Pour ceux qui sont déjà à Montréal, vous le savez déjà.

Had a family size meal for two, did take out of course too. The price reflects the service, which is counter (think fast food but better!) and the food exceeds the price and quantity! Tremendous value, they will have return customers!

It used to be one of my top regular spots ages ago, but the quality of their chicken seems to have severely downgraded! Their signature Portuguese dessert is still on point though!

Romados is one of the best spots in Montreal for Portuguese rotisserie chicken. My husband and I used to eat here weekly (20 years ago). Food is still great but the vibe of the place isn’t the same. Service was great. They keep the space very clean. No AC… but we had a good time.
