Probably one of the best gluten free restaurant in the city and is an amazing addition to the nice gluten free options available in the area. Service is friendly, the food is amazing, everything is fresh and tasty, the place itself looks like a cafeteria but the nice staff makes you feel welcome andn the end, it is not that important when the food is that level of good.
Reviews / Ratings for Roll’V – Vietnamese Cuisine, 100% Gluten-Free
Amazing Vietnamese food, even if you are not gf. Everything is very fresh and delicious. My non-celiac friends LOVED it. I haven't had a banh mi in 13 years, and OMG im obsessed.
Really good and celiac safe 😊 i recommend.
[Update] Since they have changed the menu to be gluten free, the bread for banh-mi are awful. And that's freaking expensive, 36$ for 2 banh mi??? Extra fun bonus: you can't ordrer by phone and the menu on internet is incomplete (no option for a banh mi outside of a combo). Will not come back.
Great addition to the neighborhood. Warm and friendly staff.
Good food and very nice staff !
It is relatively expensive. $18 for a small bowl of pho (see picture of a size of a sofa and the bowl) although the soup base (chicken only, not the beef broth) is pretty good. The fried chicken is not worth when selling it at $5.99 for a small portion and sub par quality (burnt and too much batter and no flavor)
Fire. I have been going to Parc Sans Gluten for years now and had to check out Roll'V after hearing it was by the same people. It did not disappoint. I got a rice noodle dish one night which was solid but not crazy, then had a banh mi with a lemon tart the next day. Both the banh mi and tart were 10/10. It's a little on the expensive side but as a gluten-free person, $15 for a convenient sandwich is reasonable. I will be back here many times and I am so happy it's in my neighbourhood.
Perfect pho! Celiac friendly!
Really amazing Gluten free option!! Super delicious Pho and some even better desserts!! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Been going here since they opened a year ago. Every time I have ordered a meal, it is at least 20 minutes wait. Definitely avoid if you are hungry or in a rush. I thought service would improve over time, but sadly, 1+ years after opening, back of house efficiency has not improved and though the dining room was full today (not enough tables and chairs in the dinning for it to be packed), everyone just had to sit and wait. Definitely saw several potential customers walk away because of this and probably a lot of hungry first time customers will not return. This is not the first time I've seen customers disappointed by the slow service. Though I enjoy their Vietnamese coffee and the vermicellis, there are so many other eateries around, I don't know if they will be able to compete at that price point, with their large unused space, and slow service.
I went with my boyfriend and omg… the staff was so attentive and kind 🤍 As someone with celiac disease, this place is an absolute MUST. I’ve been craving a bánh mì ever since my diagnosis, and finding this place honestly fulfilled my heart 😭 It’s so hard to find restaurants that feel this safe and accommodating these days. On top of that, the service was amazing and the environment felt so clean which is rare to find. I’m seriously shook… I’ll definitely be coming back!!
So wonderful to ne able to enjoy fresh, authenticité vietnamese cuisine in 100%, certifiéd Gluten-free restaurant.
We ordered delivery, and a few things were missing - but the owner brought it over himself quickly, with an extra dessert for the inconvenience. Wonderful service! The food was delicious and 100% gluten-free. We will certainly be back!
I was so excited for this place and ordered as soon as it opened. It did not disappoint! Their banh mi is amazing and I am praying they make it a permanent item because I will give them all my money. It’s a huge sandwich enough for two meals, the sauce is amazing sweet and a bit spicy and there’s a great balance the sandwich as whole.
Went to this restaurant when they changed the menu to entirely gluten-free. Very happen to have this option in Montreal. It's the only gluten-free bahn mi in the city. I will be back!
A dream comes true for the gluten-free community! I had the opportunity to reserve the gluten-free bánh mì while the owner is still refining the recipe, and it’s already outstanding! Excited to see more high-quality 100% gluten-free Asian options in Montreal. The fried chicken and fried spring rolls are excellent as well, perfectly executed and very satisfying! 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Amazing service by the owner himself and even better food, safe for celiacs - recommend 100%
I had a small chicken soup and the spring rolls, and everything was very good. Definitely recommend, especially if you have celiac or eat gluten-free :)
SUCH A LOVELY PLACE!!! Fully gluten free kitchen the staff were so so kind and the quality and taste of the food was delicious, I got the vermicelli bowl and the ingredients were so fresh and delicious! The space is so cute full of pictures and beautiful plants with a huge window looking over the outdoor seating, wonderful place for anyone who enjoys good quality delicious food :)
Absolutely delicious, authentic, 100% gluten free Vietnamese cuisine with scrumptious desserts! I highly recommend this place for anyone, but especially Celiacs! 🥰
I can’t believe this is gluten-free. This is amazing Thank you many thanks and long success
I’ve been a regular at Roll’V since its opening for its excellent, authentic Vietnamese food with many vegetarian options and great service. And now, to make it even better, everything is gluten free. My personal favorites are the vermicelli, mixed pho and banh mi.
:) yum
Great service!
