It was our first time we ordered from this restaurant on uber eats because it shows as halal option and when we received the order first of all it was cold and all wrong order. Restaurant blamed the uber taking wrong order when they can only take what restaurant gives them. We tried to complain with uber and they only refunded us $4 which is a joke so I told my son to call restaurant directly and when we did they said come by restaurant and they will make us the order again. It took us like 30 minutes for this process during this time my kids already ate like little bit of the sandwich and I was not home so on my way back I went to the restaurant and they told me I need to bring other order back to replace and they knew they made wrong order. Anyways I’m not going to drive back home and take another 30 minutes for this process since we were getting late to go to a wedding so I just came back. It’s very bad service from them I have been in restaurants business myself and they should have provided a good service to keep a new client but this was our first and last time. Food had no taste whatsoever. Sandwich they sent us had no topics or sauce it was just meat and cheese. Fried dead cold and missing our items on top. When I went to restaurant it was empty and only 1 person working and still I can’t believe they made mistakes like this. Never going back.

Not the best experience. The food was pretty bland, we got the smoked meat. Its very pricey... For some meat slices... It doesn't "melt in your mouth" like the ads say. We payed for 2 trio's, but we didnt even recieve everything. The guy at the counter, I understand is tired, but during the whole order didnt speak to us, didn't tell us how to get our drinks, didnt add the extra's that come with the trio on my sister's plate. Maybe the burgers would taste better, who knows.
