I called weeks in advance to make a reservation for a group, but when we arrived, the restaurant claimed they “couldn’t find it.” They were eventually able to seat us, but the man who escorted us to the table was quite rude and aggressive. The atmosphere was also disappointing, the music was excessively loud, making it difficult to have a conversation across the table, even though there wasn’t a sports game or event on. To be fair, our waitress was nice and the food was good overall. However, when we received the bill, we realized we had been charged extra for side dishes we were never told had additional costs. While ordering, suggestions such as the “fully loaded baked potato” and sauces were presented as options, but the added charges were never mentioned.
