First time at Robbie’s Smokehouse and it certainly won’t be my last. I would have given service a higher rating if I could. Exceptional service from Chloe who was attentive, knowledgeable and polite. We enjoyed every bite of the meat platter for 2. Delicious, flavourful and fresh. Looking forward to coming back!

Robbie's is Robbie's where food has "TASTE" ! Super filet-mignon melts in your mouth . I miss the smokey boeuf-au-jus .

They intentionally overcharged us and added items we never ordered. Two people weren’t even allowed to share one dish. Even though we didn’t order the SMOKED PLATTERS and just wanted a lighter lunch, they still tried to force us to pay an extra $12 for a bunch of lousy fries — otherwise they wouldn’t let us order the ribs. Terrible service! If you guys want to charge a cover fee per person, just say it directly instead of using cheap potatoes as an excuse. Make sure to check your bill carefully — it’s very easy to get overcharged here!

I sat at the bar for 30 minutes and it was just me and 2 other people....SO THERE WAS NOBODY.... in 30 minutes no one asked me if I even wanted water....avoid this shitty restaurant..... I left....shame....there were 5 waiters, they were talking among themselves.....

I called weeks in advance to make a reservation for a group, but when we arrived, the restaurant claimed they “couldn’t find it.” They were eventually able to seat us, but the man who escorted us to the table was quite rude and aggressive. The atmosphere was also disappointing, the music was excessively loud, making it difficult to have a conversation across the table, even though there wasn’t a sports game or event on. To be fair, our waitress was nice and the food was good overall. However, when we received the bill, we realized we had been charged extra for side dishes we were never told had additional costs. While ordering, suggestions such as the “fully loaded baked potato” and sauces were presented as options, but the added charges were never mentioned.

I love the food at Robbie but I don’t really like how the waiters always find a way to upcharge you without letting you know, i know better but I went to eat there with my mom and she got up charged on 4 things and was surprised as the waiters never let you know if there’s a small price different, it’s getting annoying when you expect to pay 30$ and end up with a 60$ bill

Nada is the absolute best! Her service was priceless! In a time where service is below par, she goes above and beyond! Owner too (sorry forgot your name) checked in with us to make sure everything was to our liking. Food never a disappointment and always delicious!

Nice place, good service, everything tasted ok but low and slow meat should never be dry and EVERYTHING was dry. Honestly the only reason this place is rated so high is most Canadians have no clue what proper smoker house food should be like. Everyone's platter around us was like this and they all enjoyed it... Ignorance is keeping this place alive. Plus we've been billed 25$ to much. Unfortunately we didn't realize on time so that's not entirely their fault.

Really good atmosphere and the service was nice, but it doesn’t matter when you get food poisoning the next day. Talked to a few people I know and apparently they have a reputation for not having the best food/meat and a lot of people getting sick, including myself. As i am writing this I spend the day having an fever, being in and out of the bathroom and its just the beginning. Would really not recommend. Worst experience i ever got from any restaurant in my life

First time, was really nice. Happening place, but kid of a long wait, then receive food warm instead of hot. Flavor was great, but we waited over 70 minutes before we got our meal. Gin tonics were great and out waitress was awesome.

Can't say much about a lot because I only get the meat platter. You best do the same. You're gonna turn down a mountain of meat? $170 for 4 (though it could easily feed 15 small children for a week) is a steal. Plus you get to choose 8 sides.

Great steakhouse,from the 2 hostesses when you arrive to the waitress, service is 5⭐️ I had the meat plater overflowing with ribs, chicken,brisket pulled pork it tasted great. Ask for George super guy.

Googled Montreal Smoked meat sandwich near me and Robbie's came up. Only had a Reubin so I settled for Prime Rib Beef Dip. Great portion, Ceasar drink had pickled bean and shrimp in it. All in all, very good experience. Put off by the 10' square American flag on the wall.
