Super nice staff! Great to watch a game. Also they totally went out of the way to accomodate my son's birthday party. Laser tag wouldn't let us keep an ice cream cake in the freezer so Roasters stepped up to the occasion despite us not even eating there that day!

We came as a large family group and had a great experience! The food was delicious, but a special shout-out to our waitress, SANTANAH who was absolutely amazing! She took such great care of us and made us feel very welcome. Thank you for the excellent service!

Avoid this place it’s a real nightmare!! Me and my colleagues from work decided to come here for souper. We waited too long for the hostess and waitress to assign us a table. We arrived at 8:00 PM on a Tuesday, and from minute one, we didn’t feel welcome. You could tell on their faces that they were unhappy with our arrival as a group of ten. They slammed tables and chairs to seat us on the terrace, and their attitude was shockingly poor. Our waitress name was “Corinne”, she was rude, indifferent, and seemed annoyed whenever we needed help. The food was not fresh, very dry, and the fries tasted like they came from the bottom of the freezer. The waitress messed up my order, and when I told her, she got upset and said she would bring the correct item on the side. My lemonade had a bug in it, so I did not drink it. I decided not to ask for a replacement because of her attitude. When the bill arrived, I mentioned it, and her rude answer was, "That’s normal, we’re outside, there are bugs," before she walked away annoyed. What was I supposed to do? Drink it with the bug in it? Still pay for it? When we finished eating, the waitress rushed to clear dishes so we would leave, and so one of my colleagues ordered dessert, omg her face!! she rolled her eyes, showed clear annoyance without a single smile, and stopped clearing the empty dishes from the table. The final insult was an extra charge on my bill. My main dish included a side at no extra charge, but because she made a mistake on my order, she charged me for the side instead. At the end she returned with a fake smile and said she removed the lemonade from the bill, which was the least she could do. It was the worst experience in a long time. It felt like they were constantly pushing us to leave because they were in a rush to finish their shift. I won’t be back. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

What a great place. The atmosphere was so relaxing and pleasant. The service and food was on point! The bbq ribs, nachos, chicken wings, strips, and calamari, were YUM!!! A big shoutout!

We visited Roasters BBQ Grill & Bar at Marché Central and ordered a decent variety: the Hot Lips burger (with sweet potato fries), a fried chicken burger with regular fries, a teriyaki salmon wrap, mac n cheese, a quarter chicken, a cappuccino, and a brownie cake with ice cream for dessert. Unfortunately, the experience landed somewhere in the middle, and it's a noticeable drop from what I remember. I used to have very good quality meals here, but something has clearly changed over the last decade — the food and service just aren't what they used to be. Service was slow this visit — noticeably longer wait times than expected for both being seated and having food arrive. Food quality was inconsistent for the price point, and flavor was a bigger issue than expected: the Hot Lips burger, despite being recommended by our waitress as spicy, had no real heat or kick to it. The fried chicken burger's spicy mayo was underwhelming too, lacking any real spice. Across the board, the food came out bland and forgettable. Dessert and coffee were also average. The cappuccino wasn't executed properly — it came out watery, far from what a real cappuccino should be. The brownie cake with ice cream tasted overly sweet and commercial, more like an industrial, mass-produced dessert than something made in-house. Nothing here was outright poor, and the variety on the menu (BBQ, burgers, seafood wraps, comfort food) makes it a reasonable option if you're in the Marché Central area with a group wanting different things. But between the bland flavors, slow service, underwhelming coffee and dessert, and the noticeable decline in quality from years past, it didn't live up to what this place used to be. 3/5 — decent variety and nothing offensive, but bland execution, slow service, and a quality drop from what I remember hold it back.

We gave it 3 shots before posting this review, and we had the same issue each time. Service is decent, staff is welcoming and easy to talk to. Wait time to sit is okay even when it was busy. Music and all the vibes in general are okay, easy to hear your party at the table. What makes that review 2 stars is the food. The First two times the food was disappointing, but the 3rd time, we ordered the roasters burger which was okay, and the mac and cheese dish with shrimps and chicken. The taste was good, we enjoyed it until the last quarter of the plate where i scooped a spoon-full of macaroni, chicken and plenty of sauce and i bit into a bone and a plastic curved piece attached to it. That dish was shown to the staff and was not removed from the bill, our server apologized and we left it to that.

Very appréciative of the service provided by the Roasters staff. I have been a customer for over a decade to date. The waiters without fail take great of me. The food is excellent and hits the spot when I am seeking comfort food or a healthy meal. They have it all! Special shout out to Maria, Melissa and Tania. Every one deserve recognition from management to the kitchen. Thank you for making this place feel like a second home.

I went there to watch a hockey game with some friends.I was there early.The bar literally had 4 people inside so I went to sit down and wait for my friends to show up.Well I ended up sitting in someone else’s seat and the owner asked me what was I doing there.Who let me in.How did I get pass the staff.He could have asked me to move and wait for my friends.Instead he said wait outside the empty bar.At this point he was so rude that I didn’t want to be there nor did I want to give him my business.He couldn’t find my friends name under the reservation but it was possible that my other friend reserved under his name.Like I mentioned he was so rude that O decided since he didn’t want me in the bar I chose to leave his restaurant with my money.

Horrible experience! Ever heard of a restaurant called Roaster's with roasted chicken not available because of a ,,,, whatever! The waiter was scrambling to give us an excuse. The alternative was disgusting. I strongly DO NOT recommend this ''restaurant''

I picky on food so no surprise on 4 for food. Sons steak write was overcooked but he only said after half done. Besides that portion size and quality were good. It's mid Feb so actually no need for reservations. They say next month will have lines
