The woman at the reception this sunday of Easter 5th, was very arrogant and cold . We checked in with 15 mins late, when I asked her if we still had time cos the restaurant closes at 4 pm, I was coming with my two little boys, she didnt even looked at me , only at her computer. and she was visibly bothered by my question, no warm welcoming , not reassuring at all. She has dark hair and was wearing a flowered shirt and beige trousers. The tall guy at the steak section afraid my little boy, he cut for him the meat and didnt explain the sauces well to him. So he went away with his dry piece pf meat. They were two guys but I talk about the tallest one . When I came back asking him why he didnt put him some sauce. He said he didnt want. So I asked him to put him again some sauce. He just chose any one with green pepper without asking us again wich one my boy of 9 yo wanted . A bit of patience and communication on this buffer is necessary . Ok it was crowded but we are paying for it . The Indian short man at the eggs section was so kind and patient and helpful. Like a father to my kids. Isabelle the waitress is so lovely and smily and helpful too. Her son works there too and he us such a well educated gentleman . Like his mom. The food was excellent and very tasty. Wide variety and huge amount . I like Portovino for his brunch buffet . But there are some employees that need to be less arrogant , especially at the reception !

Took my dad to his fav brunch spot for his birthday and we loved it. The service here is always top tier a little pricey for brunch but there’s so much choice and the service is impeccable. My dad is such a dad and wants to talk to all the staff and they are so kind in indulging him. Angel is so sweet and she makes the best crepe Suzette’s ever, and our waiter I don’t remember his name Vincent maybe? Anyway he brought out a dessert with a candle for my dad and we were so touched.
