Amazing burger and sub. Very generous portions. Service was great, punctual and accurate. Definatly a return to eat here.
I waited over 50 minutes for my order, during that time, a waitress complained to the kitchen staff about her customers who had finished their whole meal (plates removed from table while they waited) and were still waiting for an appetizer. The kitchen staffed seemed indifferent and dismissive. I over heard her being told that she'd be fired if she continued expressing her frustration. When I finally got my order that had only made 1 of my 2 poutines (it was a to go order) the waitress( a second waitress not the first) informed them of the mistake, she had to repeat several times as the cook kept talking over her and pointing to they ticket before realizing she was correct, 15 minutes later my order was complete I left in a hurry because I had waited over an hour and on arrival I realized they made another mistake. I ordered and paid for a Thai and a smoked meat poutine, that gave me the smoked meat poutine, but a regular instead of Thai... I will not return le gourmand. Please treat your wait staff with respect and improve the customer experience please
