A great go-to for a quick lunch - efficient service and a quirky, charming atmosphere.

If you want to overpay for a paper thin burger then go here. Extremely disappointing!!!!
Lovely place with ski views, the ambience was cool. The food is good but not great, I read rave reviews and order burger which was best but it was just okayish nothing special. Views and vibe was amazing.
Every time we come here the food is delicious and the staff is nice. We like to come again and again 🥰
Came here for dinner one night while on a ski trip. The wait to sit inside was too long (hug football game going on) so my friends and I opted to dine outside. I ordered the mac and cheese, which I have ordered in the past and heard was really good, and paid extra for the melted cheese on top added smoked meat. The mac and cheese was okay, but I was highly disappointed in the quality of the smoked meat. It tasted rubbery and was not what I was expecting. The melted cheese on top was also a scam as there was very little of it. On top of that, the service wasn’t that great. When we were trying to grab a server’s attention to get our bills, he completely ignored us and went to who I think was a friend’s table and started drinking (???) before finally noticing us. Very strange. The only thing that this place has going for itself is it’s location as it’s right at the bottom of the ski hill. Would recommend avoiding it and going somewhere else if possible. It’s unfortunate that Tremblant doesn’t have many options.
Worse club sandwich ever!! Extremely dry with no mayo or anything to give added flavor, Nacho's were mediocre. Will not be ordering from here again.
Our server Anne T. was incredible . Best server in the village. Food choices, yummy. We've eaten everywhere, but Le Shack wins everytime. Thank you
The food was bad, chicken in club sandwich looked and tasted like it sat for half a day. Drinks were mostly. Table service was good but being seated was extremely rude. The terrace is nice on a sunny day
Great place to grab a hearty lunch after freezing on the slopes! Service was fast, food was tasty, and the vibes were great! I really enjoyed my smoked brisket sandwich
Great food, wonderful service
Food was good, we had burgers and poutine. A little disappointing the gravy was not hot enough to melt the curd. Quebec being known for poutine and being in a ski village I expected a higher caliper on the basic poutine. Burgers great, add ons very expensive, and calamari was okay but I wasn't expecting it to be fantastic. I'd eat here again 😋.
We stopped for lunch during a day of skiing. Service was fast, food was tasty and server was very attentive.
Good service. Good food.
This was the most terrible experience I’ve ever had in my life. I have never had a hostess And server at the same time be so careless and Unattentive. We had made requests and the server seemed extremely annoyed with simple requests like having no ice in our drinks. If you’re exploring this area, my recommendation would not be to go here and try and find other places with better service. Overall, the view was amazing, but service was terrible.
Look at the date of this review and check your staff, the tall hostess with brown hair that was working this day was so rude and looked miserable. We asked to be seated by the window. She replied “ which window?” With the rudest attitude and a dirty stare. The server this day was also super inattentive and annoyed at any little request we made. For example no ice in our soda?? Anyways… And to top it all off at the end, server demanded a certain percent of tip and made a petty comment even though she sucked.
Unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. The waiter was rude, and during payment I was told — in a very unpleasant way — that a minimum 15% tip was mandatory. I had already tipped $10 for only two items, yet I was forced to make another payment for the tip. Tipping should never be demanded or forced. This left a very bad impression and ruined our experience.
great food and great service. accommodated our group of 12 people at the last minute and made sure everything was okay at all times !
Excellent food and drink. Server was helpful in finding gluten free food for my spouse. She was a little slow in bringing another beer, but overall a good stop to warm up and enjoy the local cuisine.
Best french onion soup I’ve ever had.
Love this place! Nostalgic atmosphere of old school ski hill cafeterias - but with much better food and drinks! Their hot cocktails are delicious - the Coureurs des Bois and the Hot Whisky Toddy were instant hits with us! Their bar food bites are yummy, nostalgic and hit the spot.
Food was very good. We ordered poutin amd bbq wings. I ordered an old faahion which was right on point. Waitress was very attentive and her service was great. Her last name I think was Pou or Bou. She was blonde. Athmosphere was great!
The experience was good. The server was good but quite disappointed with 15% tip may be she was expecting more. Gave a cold look. I think for a couple 15% tip is good.
This was my second time coming and it was all because of the best burger I’ve ever had which is the Brie burger and fries. It felt like it was melting in my mouth and the fries were so good I didn’t even need ketchup! The service has definitely improved since my last time coming here with our sever Lucas who was attentive especially since it was a busy night! The only problem I had which he fixed for me was the cosmo they had tasted like poison it was just awful, but Lucas helped fix the problem. This is a must if you go to Mont termblant as they won’t rip you off, you definitely get your money’s worth!
After freezing our butts off on the slopes, we decided to grab an early lunch before heading back out. We landed at Le Shack mostly because they were the first place that could seat us—and honestly, timing matters when you’re cold and hungry. This place gets very busy right around lunchtime, so if you’re rolling deep with a group, get there early. Once seated, service was solid and friendly. The food, however, was just okay. Nachos were fine but nothing memorable, and the chili wasn’t exactly what I was hoping for after a cold morning on the mountain. That said, it is a restaurant at the base of a ski resort, so expectations should be adjusted accordingly. For me, Le Shack is less about the food and more about the vibe—it’s a good place to unbuckle the boots, warm up, have a drink, and take a breather before deciding whether you’ve got another run in you. Not a must-eat, but a perfectly acceptable ski-day pit stop.
We visited the restaurant with a lot of excitement after hearing great reviews about the food, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. The staff was quite rude and unaccommodating. Despite being a family of eight visiting for the holidays, we were offered seating at two separate tables (after patiently waiting for quite sometime) and no effort was made to accommodate us together. When we asked if the tables could be joined, instead of offering a solution, a staff member responded very rudely. As a result, we left without even trying the food, which was truly unfortunate!
