We had a really disappointing experience here. In an almost empty restaurant, we waited over 20 minutes just to have our order taken, and nearly half an hour before anyone at our table even received drinks. After 35 minutes, I was finally told they were missing an ingredient for my drink and had to pick something else. What made it worse was seeing staff standing around the restaurant while tables were clearly waiting and being ignored. The service felt completely disorganized and inattentive. Unfortunately, we won’t be coming back.

All of the restaurants in this hotel are extremely slow to serve you, the food is not even mediocre. I hope the owners of this hotel see this post and realize how many bad reviews are not even posted, just people complaining and pissed off at every table. There are not many options to choose from, so people have no choices either. It’s disgusting.

We waited over 30 minutes for our food, and that was after we asked about it. The food itself was pretty mid and definitely not worth the price. Even when we asked for the check, it took so long that we had to remind them again. Overall, this place really doesn't live up to its name, I'd recommend choosing somewhere else.

First after we ordered it took the waiters 40 minutes to deliver our food, just for it to be soggy and cold. Next the lack of compassion in the servers was quite evident as we were ignored and getting severe attitude from the servers. Last they made a huge deal about us paying with a different card that it ended up taking 20 minutes just to get through our group. They hassled our group for tips when we were younger teenagers who don’t have as much money as a grown adult. As well as the massive amount of stalling to keep us in store, this was overall a terrible experience.

The service was okay but the food was not good fries tasted like they were refried I did not eat them neither did my partner, he sent back his soup he says it was really bad. My burger was okay reality is that good is bit worth the price specially if we are leaving half of it on the plate.

We were hesitant because of the reviews but our food was pretty decent. Ordered poutine and greek salad. The lemonade was a little sweet for my taste but still good.

Horrible food absolutely horrendous, fries were cold and stale as well as unsalted. My cheeseburger tasted like cat food while my poutine was the defenition of mediocrity. Drink was also watered down. Waiter had No emotion either Come here if your absolutely dieing for food, if not stay away please it is really bad.

Seating was not good even with reservations. Most of the staff just walked around and attempted to look like they were busy. Our waitress was good and friendly. Food was ok. The kids enjoyed it.
