I've been coming here for decades actually. I just wanted to take time to firstly say: thank you for always giving your customers good service and being so friendly. The quality of food hasn't changed over the decades and the portions are bigger (depending what you take) than other local places. When we went yesterday it was about 10 minutes to closing time, I kind of felt bad coming in so much at the last minute. I think they were pretty much getting ready to close shop but, they were just as kind as usual, just as polite. It took a bit longer but that's our fault... at that time they probably don't get as much customers. I have to say myself and daughter were amusing ourselves talking in the restaurant while waiting and had no problems at all with the time it took to serve us (I think maybe one of the stoves wasn't on at that time is why it might have taken longer but, like I say, that's on us... you reach somewhere at the last minute, don't complain when you're waiting lol). When we were about to leave one of the employees had graciously given us a little something extra because we had to wait longer. So people, keep that in mind when you're polite and act civil instead of being a rude Karen or Kevin in a rush, you might get more than what you expected and even if you don't... that's just normal civility and way of acting.
