Excellent quality, food and service (waiter was very kind). Only one thing to improve, our waiter had to move throughout the restaurant to attend tables (in the terrace and close to the kitchen) and because of this we had to wait a long time for service.

Salad was good overall, and the chicken seasoning was tasty, though the shrimp were underwhelming. I took the bavette recommended by the waitress as part of the “menu du jour” with extra cheese on top. Unfortunately, the extra additions weren’t particularly tasty, and although I asked for medium rare leaning toward rare, it came out much closer to well done but still enjoyable. The hollandaise and chimichurri sauces were both very weak and lack of freshness. The poutine and gnocchetti pasta also didn’t look very appealing. For prices almost double what you’d pay at many decent restaurants in Montreal, I wouldn’t recommend it. Service was fine, and the Habs winning on the screens was the highlight of the night.

I had a very positive experience here before, but tonight was disappointing. I reserved a table for 9 people at 8:00 PM and arrived on time, but the table wasn’t ready because the previous group hadn’t left, despite the restaurant’s 2-hour policy. We were asked to wait with no clear timeline. After 25 minutes with no update, we left. This was for a birthday gathering, which made it even more frustrating. This comes down to poor reservation management and lack of communication. I would never go back despite I like this restaurant. It was very disrespectful. ———————- August 2025 Had a great experience at Zibo! The Santa Fe burger was juicy and delicious—one of the best I’ve had. And pizza was great. The interior is very chic, perfect for a date night or a romantic evening. In the summer, the patio is a fantastic spot to enjoy the warm weather with a great meal. The staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful. Highly recommend this place for both the food and the atmosphere!

The food was great, I had the flank beef steak with buttered potatoes and veggies. Service was a pleasant experience overall. Thumbs up.
