Atmosphere Very nice place. Modern, well illuminated, welcoming, and clearly well kept. The whole space felt clean, including the washrooms, and I appreciated the different seating options available. Service Friendly service throughout the visit. The atmosphere felt polished without being cold, which made the experience easy to enjoy. Food The food was genuinely delicious. The pizza was very good, with quality ingredients, very good sauce, and a strong dough underneath. The undercarriage was solid, and while I personally would have enjoyed a slightly crunchier finish, it was still a very satisfying pizza overall. My only suggestion would be a little more generosity with the protein, probably around 25% more, to make an already good pizza even better. Final thoughts If you are looking for modern Italian-style cuisine, good pizza, and a clean, attractive place to sit down and enjoy a meal, this is a strong option in Laval.
