Fantastic! Especially the "custom" sandwich. The chicken isn't dry and is seasoned perfectly, presentation is super, most importantly everything is fresh! Everyone needs to have the Saj sandwich. Go now! EDIT: get the crispy saj, trust me.

Zaytouni is a great spot. The chicken shawarma on saj bread made crispy is unreal. Super flavourful and crunchy on the outside/juicy inside. Definitely a must order. The owner is a super cool guy who will remember you on subsequent visits 👌

First time trying this place. The reviews are spot on. The crispy shawarma, was the best wrap I've had. The baklava is up there as well. Friendly service and quick, given the huge order they were working on.

Absolutely unreal 🤤🔥 We got the combo (pita, potatoes, and a drink) and it was fantastic from start to finish. Everything came out fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The wrap itself had that perfect golden crunch on the outside, but still soft and loaded inside. The meat was juicy, tender, and super well-seasoned… but the chicken?? WOW. So flavorful, perfectly cooked, and honestly one of the best I’ve had, not dry at all, just melt-in-your-mouth good 🤤👏 And the potatoes on the side were the perfect addition, crispy, seasoned just right, and so addictive. Every bite had the perfect mix, sauce, meat, and that slight char from the grill that just takes it to another level. You can tell everything is made fresh and with care. Messy? Yes. Worth it? 1000% 😍 Already thinking about when I’m coming back.

WOW wow, the viral crispy shawarma is heavenly 🤤🤤🤤, everything is so fresh . Yes the menu is the same as other Lebanese franchises but the quality is above and beyond.

Wanted to love it, and although the food was good,the service, the experience, the customer service was horrible. Really dissapointed and will NEVER get food there again. For similar food, I would HIGHLY reccomend SARAB. Such beautiful, accommodating individuals!!

Ordered through Uber Eats. We tried the viral shawarma and found it overly sweet and not particularly noteworthy. The fattoush was disappointing, consisting mainly of cooked vegetables rather than the expected fresh components. The hummus was acceptable, but the baba ghanoush was very poor—runny in texture, resembling liquid yogurt, with an unpleasant taste. The tabbouleh was basic and unremarkable. Overall, this experience did not meet expectations, and we will not be ordering again.

One of the best Shawerma places in Mtl, I highly recommend this place. I had the crispy shawerma and it was really good the food was fresh and on point. The service was meticulous, even it is not a full service restaurant I was asked multiple time if everything is going well. Will for sure come back

I had an amazing experience at Zaytouni and it easily deserves 5 stars. I tried their crispy shish taouk trio sandwich combo (comes with potatoes and a drink for $18.95), and it was absolutely delicious. What really sets them apart is their “crispy” option — they grill the sandwich so the pita gets perfectly toasted and crunchy, which takes it to another level. The chicken was juicy and flavorful, and the texture from the crispy pita made every bite even better. But the real standout is their sauce — it has this unique taste thanks to their homemade pomegranate syrup, and it ties everything together so well. Overall, super satisfying meal, great quality, and definitely something I’ll be craving again. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

Went today for the first time. The crispy shawarma is fantastic. But what was the most refreshing was the warm and wonderful service, and the restaurant was immaculately clean. It really shows that they care and are proud. Will be going again soon. Thank you Zaytouni!

The viral crispy Shwarma is overhyped. It’s just burnt saj bread. Shwarmamoods is much more authentic crispey shwarma. Otherwise the rest of the food is great.
