I am not sure if I came on a bad evening, but I was disappointed in the food. The food overall seemed precooked, surprisingly because I had to wait for my pickup order. The Cantonese Chow Mein was cold, the noodles when I served everyone (someone asked to microwave it) and the chicken didn't look like it was really cooked.....very little shrimp and meat also looking abit tough, but tons of veggies. The noodles were placed on the top, so you have no idea what you will receive. I hope the next visit will be better. Staff looked challenged trying to fulfill customers coming in to get their orders. Paid >$60 😞

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I’m very sorry to hear that your order did not meet expectations and I appreciate your honest feedback it helps us improve.
As a clarification, the noodles are intentionally placed on top to prevent them from absorbing the sauce too quickly and becoming soggy. They are designed to be mixed with the sauce and other ingredients just before eating to preserve their texture.
That said, your concerns about the temperature, protein quality, and overall presentation have been taken seriously and shared with our kitchen team. We also acknowledge that our staff appeared challenged during a busy period and we are reviewing ways to improve both efficiency and service.
