I tried the medium beef pho with my friend, it was a huge bowl, I couldn't even finish it, as someone with a big stomach, this is truly amazing. The spicy sauce was at it finest, and the broth was so rich in flavors it felt good, like refreshing my taste buds. The service was quick, and the people are giving smiles while you walk by, and there's one very handsome boy 🤫🤫. The atmosphere was really calm, the people weren't loud and they weren't looking at you. I saw a guy alone, and it felt really normal instead of judgemental. The prices are reasonable too. Best restaurant I've ever been to. 😍

I had lunch there with my family, we ordered a plate of spring rolls, skewers, 3 color, and 2 bowls of pho. The food was delicious, and it arrived quickly. When we went to pay, they charged us for an additional appetizer that we did not order. We understand that mistakes happen, however, it is unacceptable when the staff began showing us attitude as if we had done something wrong. The waiter insisted we asked for an additional plate of spring rolls. He had no evidence of this, did not write our order down, and we in fact, did NOT order an extra plate. Check your cameras, ask your cooks, believe us; Admit your mistake, and move on. After a bit of arguing, the female staff also addressed us in a passive aggressive manner. Luckily we got that plate refunded, but really it soured the experience. Unfortunately, we won't be returning after this. Edit: as I'm reading other reviews, it looks like our experience is not unique. Others have had negative interactions with staff there too, whether it was unprofessional behavior, rolling their eyes, passive aggressiveness, gaslighting - the list goes on..

There are a lot of Vietnamese restaurants and the portions & quality vary from one to another. I was impressed with this I AM PHO location. It was also packed with Vietnamese people so that's a great sign! I had the bowl of grilled beef with imperial roll served with salad and vermicelli. All the ingredients were very fresh. The beef was exceptionally thick and super tasty compared to other places I've tried. Also the spring rolls are generous in size and not the pinky sized frozen ones we get at some other Vietnamese restaurants. My meal with no drink cost 25 dollars with tax & 15% tip inc. The service was quick but the waiter didn't re-fill my water and it is pay at the cash.

Food was way too salty. I couldn't quench my thirst for the whole day after this soup. I came in for the 8$ special bowl they had in april only to learn that it was only broth and noodles, left hypertension. For something that's broth forward I really dont recommend. Then service, our first server didn't understand a word of what we said in french or english. He called for backup and we ended up only with an english speaking server. In quebec, it's quite disappointing. And then comes the atmosphere. We had the pleasure of witnessing a white lady talking at maximum volume about her dental appointment and how she doesn't know where Ste Julie is. Not the restaurant's fault but waaaaaay too loud for a lunch. One thing is for sure, I won't be back.

Our go-to spot in the area✨️ Especially on cold or sick days, their pho always hit the spot - it's so flavorful and comforting! The service could use a bit of improvement tho. I ordered jasmine tea and the water was barely hot, which was disappointing, so I had to drink it quickly before it got cold. Other than that, everything else was great!

So nice staff services. They are so sweet. Meals is amazing. I love Bun Bo Hue the most. Parking is easy. My family had a nice time today. Very recommened The best Vietnamese Restaurant in Laval 💕💕💕

I did take out, the soupe was good, very tasty and I would go back. I can't really tell you about the service because i didn't eat in, but I was served quickly and polite. the place gave me a college vibe, where you hangout with your friends for a good soup. almost 20$ for a soup - a little pricey.
