Good food and good vibes! We waited for our bill and even stood up. Gabriella our server was no where to be found for over 30 minutes. The service has clearly declined!

Great environment however service and food are boring and nonexistent. Save your money. There’s plenty of restaurants in the area. Go somewhere else. And boring food. Nothing terrible but certainly nothing great or even good. Servers literally look annoyed to serve. Not once, was I asked how my or my family’s dinner was. Overall I would not recommend.

Every time i go to Vertigo in Brossard i am extrimely happy and satisfied with everything. Never a deception, the food is amazing and delicious, the service is incredible and the vibe as well. I dont leave reviews unless all is incredibly perfect. Thank you !

Food was ok nothing surprising, burger was burnt, partially charcoal even, had to return it. Male server was really impatient for some reason, snatched away my menu before I even finish ordering, had to take the menu of my friend to keep going and got snatched again lmao. Took a while for the main course too. There are many better options near by.

Food was good but the waiter was disrespectful and rude, friend got 1 drink and couldn’t afford to tip and the waiter was giving him a lecture. Then finishing off with “it’s not my problem.” I work in catering and other restaurants and I don’t expect anyone to tip, so why should this rude waiter be entitled to one when tipping is optional. I wouldn’t return for the service and I wouldn’t recommend to go unless you want a lecture on tipping.

It was the worse service I had , I had a reservation and we asked to be seated outside , we had access to the dining room room only ,then we asked again to sit on the terrace and we did … except when you change section , your order gets lost , they forgot about us and when I asked the waitress about our order , do we order gain since we changed section she said no the food will be served soon One hour later , my daughter went to check inside and they forgot our order Very chaotic service Will not recommend

We asked to sit outside because it was a beautiful day. I went there to have oysters and Lobster which I was told they had none because shipment never arrived. The waitress was very nice this has nothing to do with her. Everything was good till two people came in with their dogs and sat next to us. I had to eat next to two dogs and a girl with her shoes on the table. I have allergies to dogs so I ended my night and asked for my food to go. If I knew it was dog friendly I would have not gone there.

I don’t know if they were understaffed or what but the food was mediocre and the service even worse. We waited an hour before getting our food and it came cold and bland not how the reviews were picturing the restaurant. When it came to the cake we waited even longer this is unacceptable.

We visited last night to celebrate a 60th birthday hoping for a great experience after having tried this restaurant last year. Unfortunately, we will not be returning. The food was a disappointment. The risotto was a little on the salty side and completely overwhelmed by too many wild mushrooms. The fish and chips were even worse, the fish was mushy, tasted like it came straight out of a freezer, and didn't seem properly cooked or fried. On the positive side, the customer service from our waitress, Amelie was great. She was very apologetic, handled the situation well, and allowed us to return the fish for a burger instead (which was much better). She also kindly tried to get the loud music lowered for us, though that request was unfortunately denied. While we appreciated Amelie's efforts, the food and overall experience mean we will not be returning.

Atmosphere was fine and service was adequate. Quality, quantity and presentation of food items was disappointing and definitely lacked plating/presentation skills. I would not call this restaurant upscale, 2 dishes on the menu were not available - the resto ran out of availability. Appetizers were small for sharing and poorly presented. Main course meals lacked any wow factor, plating was not appealing - very bland. Quality of food, served better at a greasy spoon - at least there you know what you’re getting. Overall the food was extremely disappointing. I don’t think I can recommend Vertigo restaurant at Dix Trente Brossard and definitely will not be back for a second visit.
