On December 30, 2025, I purchased two extra-large pizzas (pepperoni and seafood) from TRIPLE FIVE for $51.72. Both pizzas were severely undercooked, with raw dough in the center. The seafood on the second pizza had a rubbery, chewy texture, consistent with improper freezing and thawing cycles or poor storage and handling practices. Within hours, my family and I became violently ill, experiencing vomiting, nausea, diarrhea, and extreme discomfort, symptoms consistent with foodborne poisoning, which resulted in a hospital emergency visit. This was not just poor food quality, it was a food safety failure that endangered our health. I also clearly informed the cashier that I am allergic to olive oil, yet the pizzas were prepared with olive oil anyway, showing a dangerous disregard for allergen safety. We ultimately threw both pizzas in the garbage, as documented in the photo. This was my first and absolutely last visit. I will never return to this restaurant, and I strongly discourage anyone from eating here unless they are willing to risk ending up in the hospital. As for the overwhelming 4.9/5 rating, in my view it is highly misleading. The reviews show none of the real issues we faced, which leads me to believe many are incentivized or unreliable possibly originating from free-meal promotions to influencers, unverified profiles, or non-genuine accounts created to inflate ratings and lure customers. Whether deliberate or not, this rating does not reflect a safe or consistent establishment. I will pursue damages for the harm caused. Shameful experience. Dangerous food handling. Ignored allergies. Misleading ratings. Shame on you
