I had a very disappointing experience here. I ordered chicken and cheese momos, but the taste was horrible and not fresh at all. On top of that, the waitress was not welcoming and didn’t seem interested in helping us. Overall, the service and food quality were both very poor. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

My experience at Om Tibetan restaurant was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The momos were, without exaggeration, the worst I have ever had. The wrappers were thick and doughy, the filling was bland and lacked seasoning, and everything tasted either undercooked or poorly reheated. There was no freshness, no authentic flavor, and no care in preparation. The service was equally bad. The waitress was inattentive, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the visit. Instead of focusing on improving the dining experience, she repeatedly hinted at and directly asked for a higher tip, which made the entire experience uncomfortable and inappropriate. Tipping should reflect service quality, not be pressured out of customers. Overall, terrible food, terrible service, and an unpleasant atmosphere. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for good Tibetan food or even basic customer service.
