The butterflied shrimps were a great choice on a warm afternoon. They tasted fresh, had a pleasant texture, and were cooked just right. The seasoning brought out the natural flavor without taking over. Every bite was enjoyable and the dish felt light while still being satisfying enough for a full meal.

The Restaurant Terrasse Jaques-Cartier is situated in a very favorable spot so the vibes are great. I enjoyed soaking in the atmosphere. The staff were friendly too! But the prices are ridiculous! I ordered poutine and a chicken burger. Which were both overpriced and not especially good. Nice location. Nice staff. Awful overpriced food!

This place was absolutely disgusting, dirty, menus sticky. I had a group of 6 people and everyone was not impressed. We ordered a sangria pitcher and the bartender was grabbing the fruit with her fingers and dropping them into our glasses. Along with trying her moisture with a straw dipping it into the pitcher taking it out and trying it again and putting it into her mouth once more. I was shocked and when the server came over I told her she can keep it. Told her I saw it and she turned beet red as she was standing there while the bartender did all this. Being a person coming into visit I was very disappointed.

We were debating where to eat and settled on this place because the terrace looked inviting. It turned out to be a great choice. The staff were welcoming, everything arrived as expected, and the visit felt relaxed from start to finish.

The staff are friendly, great staff. They make sure my dog Dante gets a bowl of water I make sure Dante doesn’t get in anyone’s way Victor is the best and makes sure to welcome Dante

Tried the grilled lobster and was impressed. Meat was tender, fresh, and easy to remove from the shell. A light grilled note added extra flavor without covering the natural sweetness. Very enjoyable seafood option.
