Terrible experience!! I have a serious gluten allergy. We ordered food online and called to make sure they were aware of the allergy. The girl on the phone was super rude and refused to tell the kitchen about the allergy saying « it was complicated» and to make worst she even laughed at us. The worst part is when i received the food they literally put bread (which is made with gluten) in ALL the meals. I was not able to eat any of the food. On the website it specifically says they have strict policies and protocols about allergies. Clearly, what I experienced with the staff does NOT showcase that at all. I absolutely don’t feel comfortable eating at this St-Hubert again. This is super disappointing. Overall what is the use of saying in your website « you have strict policies and it is safe for allergies » when; First: there isn’t anyways you can mention the allergy while ordering Second: the staff totally dismisses you and refuses to specify it in the order. Third: they literally place the food you are allergic to on your meal. This is absolutely NOT safe for people with food restrictions!!
