I didn’t even place the order myself—my roommate ordered from H2 Hyderabadi House for all of us—but the experience was still really disappointing. He ordered veg platters with 2 rotis, and after placing the order, they called to say rotis weren’t available. That part is understandable. But when he asked for garlic naan as a substitute, they said they would only send 1 naan instead of 2 rotis because naan costs more. The thing is, 2 rotis cost $6 total, and 1 naan costs $5—so it’s not even an equal replacement. And honestly, I’m not crying over $1–$2. It’s about service and how you treat your customers. From a customer’s perspective, if something isn’t available, the restaurant should try to fairly accommodate the order instead of reducing the quantity like that. Even though I didn’t order myself, it still affected the whole meal and overall experience. It just shows a lack of proper service and consideration. Very disappointing.
