Good authentic Chinese food.
Reviews / Ratings for Restaurant Shing Kee
Shing Kee exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The food was fresh, flavorful, and prepared with great attention to detail. Portions were generous, service was fast and friendly, and the atmosphere felt welcoming and authentic. Every dish tasted homemade and full of flavor. It’s rare to find a place that combines quality, consistency, and excellent customer service so well. Definitely one of the best spots I’ve visited recently, and I’ll absolutely be coming back again. Highly recommended!
Ordered online 2 hours before pickup. Waited 20 mins for my order when I arrived at 6:30. When I got home rice was VERY COLD! The food is generally good but the pickup service is very unorganized and therefore my food suffered.
Seems they have changed their chef !! Sad day because I was there on Monday and got horribly sick. I even mentioned to the waiter and she agreed. Lost a whole day of work today ☹️
Twice in a row service was very slow - need more help. One hour + from sitting to soup. Food is good, when it gets to your table! They do lots of take-out - maybe that is the way to go...
Food was great, easy to order online. Only complaint is that I asked for my food to be ready for 17h30 online and it was not ready when I arrived. Waited for the food for till 18h00. Otherwise I do recommend!!!
First and last time! Horrible watered down shrimp and lobster sauce. Regular frozen egg roll and peanut butter dumplings doesnt look like the picture at all and was not fresh with barely any sauce!
Excellent Schezuan restaurant! Bonus - BYOW. Everything was so good. Do not hesitate to visit this restaurant. Note it is not a fancy place. Would love for the owners to give it a little makeover to attract Gen X. Aesthetically - it needs an update.
Good food. Great service
Best Chinese in the West that I have had so far.
Food was ok but small portions. Service was great!
The prices have sky rocketed, not the descent priced food, we wanted to go to, before ordering, check your price menu, mine used to be 18 to 22 dollars, now its in the 40 plus, now its once a month, cannot afford it every week.
My favourite restaurant to go to! Love the staff, very welcoming and sweet! Love the food! Highly recommend the peanut butter dumplings and the hot and sour soup. If you're looking for a great main, try the honey garlic spare ribs or the general tao...spicy if you want to add some kick to it!
food is discussing,
Food was very good. This was a very nice hidden gem in the (Montreal) West Island area.
Had take out while visiting from Seattle. Very good.
