Unacceptable experience at the Scores in Cote Vertu Mall.... I went to pick up my son at a friends birthday party. I was very disturbed by a comment that the night manager expressed to me. The individuals were a group of special needs. Being told that "It's not easy to handle these kind of people". IS VERY WRONG AND DISCRIMINATORY, especially when these are returning and regular customers. I was told to leave because I was defending them. If he can't handle working with the general public, then maybe this job is not for him.

The chicken is great, but I really love the salad bar, especially at the St-Martin/Chomedey location in Laval. Always fresh, always delicious with great choices. Shout out to the owner and his great friendly staff. PartyMTL

Very rude waiters, felt like they were rushing us out! I couldn't believe how cold the hot chicken was! The fries were also very under cooked, and cold. Absolutely the worst experience at scores! I will never go back........

I visited Scores last Thursday for lunch with a friend, as I was considering the restaurant for my upcoming birthday celebration for 18 guests. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by a friendly and professional waitress who allowed us to choose our table and promptly provided menus. We ordered from the lunch menu—roast chicken (choice of leg or breast)—and added the salad bar at an additional cost, as it was not included with the meal. The food and initial service met expectations, and everything proceeded smoothly. As we were unable to finish our meals, we politely asked another waitress passing by for two takeout containers. Her response was unexpectedly confrontational. She accused us, in a notably aggressive tone, of filling up on the salad bar and informed us that we would be charged $3.50 to take our remaining food. I was genuinely taken aback. At no point had we done anything inappropriate—we each had a single plate from the salad bar and simply wished to take home the food we had already paid for. Nevertheless, we calmly agreed to the additional charge. Without acknowledging our response, she removed our plates and walked away. Several minutes later, she returned with two sealed cardboard boxes, handed them to us without explanation and without indicating which one belonged to whom—and left the table without a word. Shortly after, our original waitress came by as we were preparing to pay. She appeared aware that something had occurred and offered a sincere apology for her colleague’s behavior, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, this interaction left a lasting negative impression. What began as a pleasant visit turned into a disappointing and uncomfortable experience. As a result, I chose to book another venue for my birthday, where we ultimately had an excellent time. Needless to say I will not be returning to this location.

Disappointing Experience This was a disappointing experience! I had attended Scores at Place Cote-Vertu Mall on Saturday with some friends. Reservations were made 2 weeks prior, we had mentioned that it was for a birthday party. Then the day right before, we had called to confirm as well. To our surprise, when we got to the restaurant they refused the birthday cake. We were never told that we weren't allowed to bring a cake. The passed years, it was always accepted. No consideration, not willing to fix/accommodate our situation. Making it seems like it was us to blame, when in reality they should have done their job in notifying us. If I would have known that their rules and regulations changed. I wouldn't have purchased a cake. Due to this awful and disappointing experience, I will not be returning to this Scores.

The restaurant is very bad. The chicken meal was old and not fresh. The manager’s attitude was extremely rude. This is the first restaurant I’ve ever been to that does not allow you to share food with someone at the same table. The service was very poor.

The worst branch of this franchise. In spite of being the only clint.The chicken was really dry and tasteless. Even the chicken noodles which used to be the best soup was tasteless as if I am drinking water. And when I told the waiter after paying my bill my complaints he changed his way of speaking as if I was crazy. Actually if their is a negative rating, they'll have my vote

Horrible costumer service. I have never seen such rude people working at a restaurant. They have an extremely arrogant and childish behaviour. The most unprofessional place I’ve seen in my entire lifetime. I felt threatened by how the staff handled the situation . They are only here to escalate and create bigger problems. I will definitely file a report against these staffs and this establishment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
