we ordered for two, and our drop off location is down the street from the restaurant, not even a five minute drive. we received our food over an hour later, even though we were told it would take much less time. we then received the food cold, dry, lacking sauce, and to top it off we did not get our rice that we ordered and paid for, nor did we receive a single utensil or napkin. we only received one tiny little cup of the sauce (for TWO people), when we specifically asked for the sauce to be put on the potatoes. we then called to explain all of this to them, and were met with no empathy, coldness, and no solution. we were essentially told “my bad” and “i don’t know what to tell you.” we love this place and always order here, so we are extremely disappointed with this experience and treatment.
