The food was excellent and with very large portions. Very quick service. Definitely recommend the mixe plate.

We went on a Friday evening and ordered 2 plates. We paid at the cash right after placing our order plus tip plus taxes then sat at one of the booths waiting for our food. No one brought us water while waiting and when the food was ready we had to go pick it up ourselves at the counter. The portions were pretty generous however everything was cold and the food was quite bland in taste. I had the mixed plate and my wife had the chicken plate and we both had the exact same reaction. Again no one came to ask if everything was to our liking or to offer us water to drink. When we both finished our meals we had to clear our own tables and bring our plates to the counter ourselves, again, we left a nice tip expecting basic service which never happened. Other than that, in terms of atmosphere, it was quite lackluster to say the least. Overall, I would give Restaurant Rima a 1.5 out of 5 star rating and not recommend going there. Zero service, cold food and zero atmosphere are some of the main reasons that I would not be returning to this place.
