Absolutely unacceptable service. The employee at the cash register told me he wouldn't serve me because I didn't leave him a tip on my previous visit. Tip him for what exactly? He didn't take my order at the table, didn't clean the table, didn't check on customers, and didn't provide any actual service beyond putting a pizza box on the counter after 26 mins of waiting. The place was dirty, the tables were not cleaned, and the attitude was incredibly rude and unprofessional. To make matters worse, the pizza was so wet and soggy that it was barely edible. Demanding tips while providing virtually no service is ridiculous. Treating returning customers this way is even worse. I will never come back and would strongly recommend that others spend their money elsewhere.
