We visited this new Pho restaurant recently. The pho itself was delicious and flavorful, so credit where it’s due. However, the overall experience was disappointing because of the service. The server greeted us with a very cold expression and did not seem welcoming at all. We also ordered spring rolls, but they were forgotten and never brought to our table. While dining, we noticed the server making mistakes with other tables as well. The General Tao was honestly not good and lacked flavor. It felt very underwhelming compared to the pho. A friendly attitude and a simple smile from the server would have made the experience much better. I hope the restaurant improves its customer service because the food does have potential.

Cute place byob to pho or noodles and rice dishes with grilled meat Excellent service and very courteous It’s a small place but makes it more cozy We had pho and grilled beef and shrimp.. loved it

We walked in 20 min before closing and they were very kind to serve us at that late hour. The host was very gracious and friendly. There was no one else there so it was very quiet… just the way I like it! The food was very good.

The food was great, the service is top notch. Family friendly. Definitely will revisit. We were lucky to get a seat, reservation is recommended.

Delicious food and great service. The food is always so fresh and flavourful. I highly recommend getting the spring rolls alongside any of their soups. You have to try this place and it’s BYOB.

Great Pho at a decent price. Service was kind of meh. Even though it wasn’t busy, it took a while to place our order and then the table was cleared (including my chopsticks) before I had finished my Pho. Also, as saw in another review, they did calculate the tip % on the after tax amount. They may deny it again but I have proof.
