This is our 3rd time and we are always very satisfied with the service and the food. The owner and the staff are very accommodating and very kind. I have 3 small kids and they are requesting to come back because the soup broth is just wonderful. It's also helpful if you call in advance to reserve if you are more than 2 since the space is limited. But people are willing to wait coz the food is really great!

This place is a real jewel. Finding great pho soup in the West Island has been a challenge for a long time, but thankfully no longer. Delicious broth, fresh meat and sprouts, friendly service and reasonable prices. A real treat on a cold afternoon. Highly recommended.

I am a PHO fanatic and have had it at hundreds of places and I have to say this is top 3 the broth is amazing. They also make a special change for me as I love my rare beef with egg noodles and most places refuse but they always do it for me . If you love PHO you will love this place, if you haven’t had PHO this is the place to try it

I've been wanting to try this restaurant for a while and finally got a chance tonight. I was extremely happy with my dinner. The imperial roll was excellent, piping hot and very well stuffed with filling. I chose the crispy noodles with chicken and since I can't eat cauliflower or brocolli, the chef was very accomondating. He gave me lots of carrots, celery, red pepper and onions with my dish. It was delicious! The place is also spotless and very warm and appealing. I will definately be going back again!

I love eating here! Good prices, the food is always fresh, with good portions, the place is beautifully decorated, music at a perfect volume and the staff is always very kind. 10/10!

This was my first time trying PHO’licieux and it was overall a very positive experience. I ordered for 2 people through Uber Eats and after the driver left we realized an important part of our order was missing. We called the restaurant and they were absolutely amazing to resolve the problem! They recognized the mistake and even came to deliver us the missing food themselves. No headache, no extra cost, no argument. The food was hot and they even brought us complimentary beverages to make up for the inconvenience. The food was delicious, exactly what we were hoping for, and they were so helpful! This level of customer service was such a great reminder to support local restaurants and businesses. Will definitely be ordering here again and look forward to dining in the restaurant sometime! Thank you for the excellent service and food!
