Delicious interesting food. Excellent attentive service. The restaurant is a excellent thoughtful tonic from the overtouristy places in the old town. Would go again.

Very nice place. Lovely staff. The wine was really good, and I liked the vibe for an apéro or to just enjoy a drink. The food was very good but it was overpriced for what it was. I wouldn't come here for a meal.

Came here for a second time to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and as before we were incredibly happy with our choice. Our server, Daniel, was thoroughly passionate about both the wines and cuisine they offer, and takes the time to explain the full menu and natural wine choices in detail, helping us curate a meal service and pairing that was truly exceptional. We can be a but obscure in our wine preferences (we like funky, farmy, and far-out bio wines), but Daniel snapped to it and immediately found us three great choices, all between $60-$68 per bottle. The food items are not huge, as other reviewers have noted, but that makes sense since the approach is to share a variety of dishes and flavours and allow the chefs to flex their creativity. We had the mushroom and buckwheat canneloni, the asparagus dumplings, and the lobster sabayon and toast duo, and finished every last bite of each. This is a surprisingly underrated eatery for Quebec City, rivalling the likes of Battuto (which is nigh impossible to get a reservation at). Needless to say, we’ll definitely be back.

My daughter and I visited Ouroboros during our trip to Quebec City, and it ended up being one of our favorite meals. We arrived later in the day, and although they were able to fit us in, they let us know upfront that some items might be sold out since guests who were already seated would have first priority. I really appreciated that honesty. It set the tone for the entire experience and showed how much they value treating customers fairly. When it came time to order, most of the menu was still available, and we ended up trying quite a few dishes. Every single one was outstanding. We loved the smaller portions because they allowed us to sample a variety of items and experience more of the menu. Our favorite dish was the asparagus with egg and pesto. It was such a unique combination, and we're already talking about trying to recreate it at home. We especially loved how the chopped egg took on an almost cheese-like quality and added incredible flavor to the dish. Our server was efficient, genuine, and helpful throughout the meal. We also loved the concept of a daily-changing menu built around fresh, local ingredients. You could truly taste the care, creativity, and freshness in every dish. If I ever return to Quebec City, Ouroboros will absolutely be on my list of places to visit again.

Exceptional. One of our favorite meals in a run of 8 days of Michelin rated and noted restaurants. Delicious food and nice atmosphere. Friendly and helpful wait staff, with our limited French. Will return!

We enjoyed the dining experience. Food were writing on the board as they have a rotating menu. Menu was creative and particularly the sauce. Each dish speaks for itself and shows truly the chef’s innovation. The moment I saw the first dish I know we will have a great experience. Highly recommended. We will return to taste new menu that the Ouroboros could offer. Sincerely,

Amazing food. If you visit one restaurant in Quebec City this should be the one ! Extraordinary and creatively made tapas style menu . Every choice was a hit!
