Before coming to the spa, we made a reservation to the restaurant naturally as we noticed it’s the only place to eat before we saw any reviews. After seeing reviews, we noticed it only got a 3 star and hesitated if we should follow through but figured to try it still. We ordered the heirloom burrata salad, added a soup and dessert to make it a full meal. Once we ordered, the soup of the day came pretty quickly. After the soup, we waited almost 20 mins for our salad. I would understand it may take a bit of time if it was hot foods but a salad? Once our salad arrived, it tasted pretty good. Between the salad and our dessert, we tried to call a server to our table for again almost another 20mins….mind you the restaurant was not even half full…so what gives?? We really tried to give the benefit of the doubt but honestly even though the food was overall pretty good today, the waiting for service was far too long for me to give anything over a two stars

Service was great, but the food was terrible. The whole restaurant seemed to go for a simple, streamlined, luxe concept but the food seemed to contradict this - there were too many flavours thrown together. We would recommend eating elsewhere before going to the spa. Frankly, the quality of the food here took away from our overall spa experience.

Very disappointing dining experience. The cauliflower soup was mediocre and contained hard chunks that were unpleasant to eat. The pork sandwich arrived cold and tasted anything but fresh and was way to liquidity. The chocolate/raspberry dessert was so sour that I couldn’t finish it. For the prices being charged, I expected much better quality. The restaurant presents itself as a high-end dining experience, but the food simply doesn’t justify the cost. Overall, overpriced and underwhelming.

Was having a relaxing time at the spa and decided to head to the nord restaurant for an early dinner. Ordered the duck for myself and salmon for my sister. Overall food quality was just okay at best and quantity was barely substantial for the cost. The server was responsive to our ordering requests and at the end of the meal I provided a 10% gratuity of the total bill as my appreciation for the sever and not so much the food. However I was accosted by the server for not providing 15% or more because waiters are paid less than minimum wage in Quebec. I appreciate them telling me their story and the realities of labour in Quebec but the overall encounter was distasteful. Will not be returning.

Avoid if you can. We had a 2 1/2 hour service for two cold plates of food. Multiple orders were incorrect or missing. The food tasted fine but given the long wait and the cold food it was not worth. Eat somewhere else and visit the spa.

I wish I could say something positive about my experience, but unfortunately, there wasn’t much to it. We started with the soup of the day, smoked duck breast, and a dessert. The soup arrived after a half hour wait, and it was just okay. Then, the real wait began, almost an hour after the soup. Finally, our main dish arrived, cold and tasteless. I couldn’t tell if it had been cooked fresh or not. The meat and vegetables were unappetizing, and I barely finished my meal. I waited for our dessert, but when it finally arrived, the soup seemed like the highlight of the meal. We didn’t finish our dessert and decided to call it a day.

Food was good, but service extremely long and innatentive. Waited 25 minute for a soup, ane I had to ask myself to place my order. I've bwwn coming here every month for years and the quality of the experience recently has decreased drastically.

We were assigned a seat in from the the fire and it was great! Suddenly a seat freed up by the window and the staff was VERY accommodating to quickly change our spot. This was not necessary but was indeed appreciated. Our Server Yan was very courteous, kind and very professional. We highly recommend the "soup de moment" and the "Plateau Artisan". The soup was rich and extremely well balanced flavour. The "Plateau" was to die for. Was an amazing discovery! Very well prepared with an all round creative style of culinary art. Well done Chef!

Really mid food to be honest. Super expensive, long wait times for service and for dishes to come out. The food is visually stunning but lacks a lot of flavour and came out cold. Get the raspberry dessert though, that was worth the experience. It’s unfortunate that this is your only option to eat at during the winter.

A fantastic experience with a great view over the river. For those whose complain about wait times, welcome to fine dining, It’s not McDonald’s. You have a properly trained chef and staff making your meal with precision and passion. These things take time and they do it as an art, take the time to talk to whoever you came with and if you get bored of them in that time maybe it’s your own fault. The food was fantastic, we enjoyed the artisanal bread to start and both got the highly recommended duck as our main. Cooked and season perfectly. To finish we had the tart which was a unique and very tasty combination

Good food, but the menu could use more variety. The service is slow if the restaurant is full but when it’s not it’s great
