Avoid if you can. We had a 2 1/2 hour service for two cold plates of food. Multiple orders were incorrect or missing. The food tasted fine but given the long wait and the cold food it was not worth. Eat somewhere else and visit the spa.

I wish I could say something positive about my experience, but unfortunately, there wasn’t much to it. We started with the soup of the day, smoked duck breast, and a dessert. The soup arrived after a half hour wait, and it was just okay. Then, the real wait began, almost an hour after the soup. Finally, our main dish arrived, cold and tasteless. I couldn’t tell if it had been cooked fresh or not. The meat and vegetables were unappetizing, and I barely finished my meal. I waited for our dessert, but when it finally arrived, the soup seemed like the highlight of the meal. We didn’t finish our dessert and decided to call it a day.

Food was good, but service extremely long and innatentive. Waited 25 minute for a soup, ane I had to ask myself to place my order. I've bwwn coming here every month for years and the quality of the experience recently has decreased drastically.

We were assigned a seat in from the the fire and it was great! Suddenly a seat freed up by the window and the staff was VERY accommodating to quickly change our spot. This was not necessary but was indeed appreciated. Our Server Yan was very courteous, kind and very professional. We highly recommend the "soup de moment" and the "Plateau Artisan". The soup was rich and extremely well balanced flavour. The "Plateau" was to die for. Was an amazing discovery! Very well prepared with an all round creative style of culinary art. Well done Chef!

Really mid food to be honest. Super expensive, long wait times for service and for dishes to come out. The food is visually stunning but lacks a lot of flavour and came out cold. Get the raspberry dessert though, that was worth the experience. It’s unfortunate that this is your only option to eat at during the winter.

A fantastic experience with a great view over the river. For those whose complain about wait times, welcome to fine dining, It’s not McDonald’s. You have a properly trained chef and staff making your meal with precision and passion. These things take time and they do it as an art, take the time to talk to whoever you came with and if you get bored of them in that time maybe it’s your own fault. The food was fantastic, we enjoyed the artisanal bread to start and both got the highly recommended duck as our main. Cooked and season perfectly. To finish we had the tart which was a unique and very tasty combination
