I would just like to say I don’t normally leave negative reviews and I’m not blaming the staff that served us, however, my experience here was not great and I find the reviews and social media quite misleading. I came here for a birthday a few weeks ago and to sum it up, the restaurant was filled with large tables of big groups, but there was only one waiter, one chef, and two bus boys the whole night, service was slow, food was just okay and dessert was just a bowl of loose fruit. The billing system was messy.. some people got their bills at the table, and others had to chase the waiter down and pay at the door before leaving. Our reservation was at 6:30 and we only got to leave 6 hours later since the service was so slow. The ambiance wasn’t as expected.. the lights were bright, the dance floor was empty and the music wasn’t great. Overall I don’t blame the staff as they worked very hard the whole night but our experience wasn’t good and I think whoever reads the comments should be aware of this before coming here.
