We were in town visiting family and decided to try this restaurant. We were at the restaurant on a Friday afternoon at 1:30pm. I had the Creamy Penne pasta with Spinach and Tomatoes, it was served with a piece of garlic bread. My pasta dish was very good. It was $21.00 for the pasta and $3.00 for a can of soda/Coke . Our server was very nice and friendly. I have to admit that the service was a little slow despite the fact that we were the only two in the restaurant at that time, however we weren't in a hurry. Just to give you an idea, from the time we sat down to the time we paid our bill, we were in the restaurant 1 hour 15mins. All in all we enjoyed trying this restaurant.

We’re sorry if the service felt a bit slow during your visit. At MKOP, we take pride in preparing everything fresh to order. Our burgers are grilled fresh when you order them, not pre-cooked, and our pasta dishes are also made fresh, which can take a little more time compared to places that rush or pre-make their food. Since no starters were ordered, the wait for the main course can sometimes feel longer, especially in a quieter setting.
If there’s ever anything during your visit that doesn’t feel right, we always encourage our guests to let their server know, we’re more than happy to help right away and make sure everything is to your satisfaction.
That being said, we completely understand your perspective and will keep working on improving our timing while maintaining the quality and freshness we’re known for.
