I experienced one of the best meals of my life at this restaurant. The beef noodles were a beautifully nuanced and layered dish. The broth light and flavourful. The chucks of beef, so rich in flavour and tender. The noodles, a perfect complementary bite with just the right amount of chewiness. The aroma alone, long before I tasted the dish, was heady and gorgeous. We also ordered the 8 pcs Pork and Green Onions Petit Pains Farci. The bun and fillings were divine. The dough beautifully rolled out, perfectly shaped. Honestly, it was a shot in the dark, trying to find a good spot to eat in Brossard. It ended up being an eating experience I can’t wait to repeat again soon. I left the restaurant, already missing the taste of the beautiful noodle dish. This restaurant is a must-visit.
