The vibe was great, food and drinks were excellent and service was both attentive and discreet at just the right times. Highly recommend and we will definitely go back.
Reviews / Ratings for Restaurant Maestro
Ribeye cooked to perfection. Service was excellent. Burrata to start delicious. Awesome ambiance. We will look forward to returning soon !
We’d yet another lovely evening in Maestro - everything was fabulous! My favourite dish (entree) the Fois gras (pictured) I could eat everyday. We sat at the bar and the bar man was great! Cocktails amazing too. My current favourite is the Velours D’Été (pictured) - I’d the goats cheese entrée and the roquette salad for mains (wanted something light but altogether very filling - I’d highly recommend all) - my husband had the veil for dinner and would highly recommend also. I’ve often ordered the Shanghai shrimp (you can have it as an entree or main) which is so delicious. Theres nothing we’ve eaten in all our visits that hasn’t been delicious. Dessert is also wonderful if you’ve a sweet tooth - I love the chocolate fondant and my husband loves the crème brûlée. Definitely our favourite spot to eat in St Sauveur
I have eaten here at least 20 times. The food was the best we have ever had here. I commented that they must have hired an even better cook. Very enjoyable experience. Best restaurant in St Sauveur. Thank you.
We have been going there for many years and NEVER disappointed.. Appreciated the nice gesture of a surprise sweet dessert to celebrate our Wedding anniversary. Thank you!
We absolutely loved our visit here 3 years ago and we when we planned a visit to the area again we knew we wanted to come here for an anniversary dinner (celebrating 14 dating years and we make sure to celebrate that and not just our marriage date haha) Anyways! Maestro was a lovely, elevated welcome as expected and we were very happy to be seated upstairs in a cozy spot (I had requested this in advance on a reservation if it was possible). The entire place is absolutely gorgeous and service is immaculate. The only downside of our visit this time was the halibut. Sadly for $50+ it fell flat in that it was overcooked and very very plain. I would understand the price if it was accompanied by a flawless moist cook with a delightful sauce however it was a miss. Regardless we would be back for other dishes and a romantic evening! The veal scallopini is to die for - don't miss out on that one.
