Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify that udon noodles are a traditional Japanese noodle made differently from spaghetti, which is Italian. They do not use the same ingredients, have a different thickness, and are prepared in a different way, with a distinct texture and quality. We’re truly sorry that you didn’t enjoy the General Tao chicken. It is one of our most popular dishes, and we always prepare it using fresh ingredients and fresh chicken.
