Excellent food, but the service was a major letdown. We booked a group of 40 well in advance, yet the service was slow and disorganized. Great kitchen, but the poor service ruined the experience.
Restaurant Louis Hebert hosted our group of 16 in February 2026 with a Table d' Hote and the food and service was superb as always; this was about my 15th time dining here on a nearly annual Quebec City skiing trip and I'll always dine here at least once on each annual trip.
A friend recommended this restaurant and we were not disappointed! It was a quiet note in the dining room (right after Carnival) but we had a great experience with food and service. Duck breast and lamb shanks were cooked perfectly! We would definitely return.
Great dinner with my wife. Food was awesome! Great service! Highly recommended! Did not stay at the hotel. Only went to dinner at the restaurant Louis-Hebert
