This restaurant has been on my list to try for a long time, and let me tell you it was worth the wait. I called to book a reservation at the start of the week (when they were open). We sat bar side, and were greeted by the owner and the chef. The restaurant is small and gives a very good intimate feeling. Because we sat bar side, we got to watch the chef work his magic on every dish, he even gave us some recommendations and explained the concept of the restaurant (like how they change the menu nearly every week when they get shipments of different fish and cuts of meat from across the globe). We ordered appetizers and entrees, which were absolutely fantastic. Each bite was packed with flavour made with rich and fresh ingredients that you can feel. We got to try fish I would have never thought I would ever try, so it was also unique of an experience that I don't think many restaurants offer. The portions were very good; I wish I had room for dessert (because they sounded delicious) but I didn't. The staff were very friendly and helped make this experience 1 of 1. I would recommend 10/10.
