Fred and his team sure know how to make the best food in town, cozy and warm atmosphere, fantastic menu, exceptional service make this little gem a place you will want to come back to! don't forget to make a reservation because it's often full.

A true hidden gem. They understand melding of subtle flavors to create sophisticated dishes. The seafood stew is by far the best we ever had - there was no fishy, off putting taste or odor, a tall task for seafood. Clean, savory, complex, and balanced flavor is what we found. Wine pairing was on the spot also. The owner is friendly and extremely approachable. Will be visiting again on future trips to Quebec.

This place is a strip mall gem. A bit out of the way but well worth the effort. As far as I saw everything on the daily menu was fantastic. My beef and sides were perfect. Plan on going back tomorrow!

This restaurant has been on my list to try for a long time, and let me tell you it was worth the wait. I called to book a reservation at the start of the week (when they were open). We sat bar side, and were greeted by the owner and the chef. The restaurant is small and gives a very good intimate feeling. Because we sat bar side, we got to watch the chef work his magic on every dish, he even gave us some recommendations and explained the concept of the restaurant (like how they change the menu nearly every week when they get shipments of different fish and cuts of meat from across the globe). We ordered appetizers and entrees, which were absolutely fantastic. Each bite was packed with flavour made with rich and fresh ingredients that you can feel. We got to try fish I would have never thought I would ever try, so it was also unique of an experience that I don't think many restaurants offer. The portions were very good; I wish I had room for dessert (because they sounded delicious) but I didn't. The staff were very friendly and helped make this experience 1 of 1. I would recommend 10/10.
