While the flavour of the food is very good, the temperature of the food was awful, at best was at room temperature. Some were lukewarm on the surface but never all the way through. Overall, our brunch was unpleasantly cold. You were my top-rated place for brunch (which is why we returned for my brother's 70th birthday this past week-end) and one I was bragging about to all my friends. I inquired and was told that they had upgraded their heating/chafing buffet equipment but that the restaurant electric setup was not strong enough to handle the extra demand on electricity and therefore ends up tripping circuit breakers. The hotel/manager is/are aware but apparently elected to "keep an eye" on the breakers instead of addressing the source of the problem. I just don't understand how such a reputed hotel can let down their customers. We were so disappointed. The only compensation that day was how pleasant and professional their staff was, especially despite of all customer complaints they had to deal with.

A few reviews do mention service delays, a lack of atmosphere at some meals, and prices that are considered high or choices that are sometimes limited.

They have really upped their game. It was great.
The atmosphere was beautiful, especially with the fireplace right beside us, it added such a warm and cozy touch to the evening. The service was quick and attentive, and the food was excellent from start to finish. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I also really loved the idea that since we were seated at a small table for two, there was a separate little side table to place our finished plates on. Such a simple but smart concept. It kept our table uncluttered and made the whole dining experience more comfortable.
Enjoyed 2 breakfasts with a wonderful variety of delicious dishes and lovely staff.
Enjoyed a meal with friends on a Sunday night in February. I appreciated the fine dining experience of amuse bouche, bread service and a side of vegatables as included in the meal. The menu is divided into land, sea and earth for vegetables. Very large wine menu that was pricey, very few value options. The offerings of wine by the glass was minimal. I was disaapointed not to see a Canadian wine offered by the glass.
Outstanding !!!
We had a lovely dinner at Les Labours. Our waitress, Zoe, was incredible. She had wonderful wine suggestions. The meal was out of this world!
