Our best dining experience in the last 12 months. This restaurant is QUIET. What a welcome change from the usual where you can’t even hear your own thoughts let alone your companions voice! Charming, unassuming artwork-adorned atmosphere in an old house. Beautiful. Service was impeccable- there when they ought to be and not there otherwise. Perfect timing on everything from ordering to service. Portion sizes were perfect as well with amuse-bouche and palate cleanser served without needing to order. Just perfect. Warm goat cheese with walnuts was delicious! The chateaubriand was cooked to perfection. The molten chocolate cake rich and not too sweet. The only reason I didn’t rate food 5 stars was the vegetables - the potato’s and green beans were simply steamed - a little boring and plain. But the mushrooms were excellent! There were many items on this menu that I’d choose ; we will definitely return to this resto within the next 3 months and highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys classic cuisine in a peaceful atmosphere. Perfect date night spot.

This restaurant has been our regular haunt for the past 26 years. Always has wonderful food, and a warm fireplace in the winter months to add to the ye olde world cozy atmosphere. A veranda section is equally great in summer or winter. Their Bistro menu makes it reasonably affordable, but does not compromise on quality of the cuisine as is offered on their a la carte, both of which have always been most enticing. Last night's experience was equally enjoyable with my two French guests, whose culinary senses were fully satisfied with the main course of pork with camembert and apple sauce, and cuts of beef beautifully presented, accompanied with a nice bottle of the house Bordeaux, followed by their killer profiteroles, and mi-cuit de chocolat as finishing deserts! Highly recommended for anyone who likes a great night out, one you will remember for a long time to come.

The food is always prepared perfectly along with the best service possible. I have eaten here for over 5 years and it’s always excellent. It never disappoints. Best food in Ste Anne!!!

This experience was very nice, the service is welcoming. We had the wild mushroom escargot, the pepper cognac filet mignon and the chimichurri onglet with a side of lobster tail. The meat was cooked precisely though the side of season vegetables were simply steamed. This is very boring considering it’s a 65$ order, I believe there was a lack of creativity on that front. Some of the decorations were nice with local artists paintings. The paint white paint was chipped and looked cheap. Usually this wouldn’t bother me but considering this is the top of what st Anne’s has to offer, I’d like to see a good paint job.

We spent our anniversary here last week and the service was amazing, great recommendations from the waitress to try a variety of dishes which were all incredibly tasty and savoury. The wine selection was great and very fair priced. Definitely recommend the foie gras, and filet mignon. Loved our experience and we will definitely return.
