We had a surprising good meal at this hotel restaurant! The chef knows what he’s doing, for sure. The chicken chasseur in particular was outstanding. Steak was cooked medium rare as ordered. The staff were also terrific, and the pricing was reasonable. We’d stay at this hotel or nearby next time we’re transiting Montreal just to come back to Le Semaphore.
