We had the absolute pleasure of dining here, while staying at the Auberge Mr. James. The service, ambience, and food were all worthy of 5 stars. The menu is inspired, and options numerous. The Chef’s creation starter of cold tenderloin served with greens, goat cheese and a beet puree was delicious. A generous portion of a thinly sliced beef fondue, served with broccoli, mushrooms, bread, salad and a potato was also amazing. Although full, we did go up against the maple pie, and I’m glad we did!! Full marks. The wine list is carefully curated and well priced. The cocktail list is varied and also very well priced. What makes any dining experience standout is the service; our server was a professional, through and through. Her friendliness truly made the evening. We are planning to return on our return home.
