Reviews are very mixed, but several customers report order mistakes, long waits, and inconsistent service. The food is sometimes described as decent or good, especially the poutine, but others mention uneven quality, portions considered small, and prices that are too high. A few people also found the service courteous and the restaurant clean, but there are several serious complaints about hygiene and consistency.
