We had a reservation of 4 and we were seated to a table that looks like an additional to accommodate their maximum seating capacity.Its beside a wine rack that is quite a busy traffic on both our sides.The restaurant is full and noisy that I can't even remember if there was a music for ambiance.I find tables are too near and crowded. As to the food, We ordered their signature plancha ( la confesse) .Nothing extra ordinary. The sausages are very salty,the calamari had an overfried breading that is very salty as well. The beef was ok but the chimichurri is flat...it didn't boost the meat which would have been a perfect accompaniment.Any other else are just fried pickles.The burrata on the other hand is good which I realize the only one that is not cooked but just assembled . We had dessert to share for 35$ Nothing seems outstanding.Churros are a bit hard, carrot cake tastes like store bought and cheese cake is ok.I like the waffle.Service is good/ok.Overall it lacks refinement. Not probably going back.🤷‍♀️

Beautiful place to dine. Outside terrace a little too chilly when we were here but super views of the lake. Inside very welcoming and well set tables. Efficient wait staff (fortunately for us bilingual as most folks seem to be). Menu on line in English. Had the Tostados supreme to start and nice enough to share. Very tasty salmon and lovely goat cheese mixed with herbs. I had lamb shanks husband beef cheeks. Both very delicious and well plated. We took dessert to our room carrot cake and did not disappoint. Covered with a nice Carmel sauce (not too much to drown the cake) and almonds. Our room in premises was very nice. Quiet and calming. In the small side but super efficient in placement. Nice shower and very comfortable

We came in on a slow day with a reservation and had a great meal with a very pleasant atmosphere. We ended up with 4 tapas, which were great. The hostess was very welcoming and did her best to help with a French menu.

The signature platter was a bit deceiving for the price (75$) — the portion and value didn’t quite meet our expectations. Service was 3/5. The staff was friendly and pleasant, but we experienced long waits and had to ask for water as well as dessert/coffee. It was also quite noisy at the bar. Staff were having discussions right where we were seated, counting tips and starting closing/cleaning tasks with cleaning products around 9 p.m. on a Saturday night while we were still eating, which affected the overall atmosphere. The team seemed kind and well-intentioned, but the bar area could have been polished a bit more.

La Confesse was a last minute find for our party and not where we thought we were going. BUT!! What an exceptional gem and we are so happy we fell upon it. The service was delightful, very cool vibe. However the food was just delicious. We all decided the Mac n cheese is probably the best we have ever tasted. Everything was exceptional & no one in our party was disappointed. We will definitely be back again & seriously cannot wait! Thank you so much xx

The place is amazing! Really nice decor and also perfect service. However, the food quality is not good. We ordered everything on the menu being a group, and were greatly dissapointed. The most disappointing was the Bavette de Boeuf. Horrible!

We are staying on site in their condo (wonderful views and comforts). Restaurant La Confesse is delicious! We had their steak and their salmon entrees. Both were cooked to perfection with excellent flavors from the grill and their sauces. We are going back tonight. The ambience is cozy like an elevated ski chalet.

This bistro is an absolute delight. It was our first experience - we were there to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday - and we loved everything. The decor is so striking when you walk in. The menu is extensive - there are so many items I want to try on future visits! And the service was friendly and very efficient.

Nice food, nice restaurant. A little noisy inside and the service was a little slow, but it was busy. Everybody was friendly and we had an excellent evening.
