Renovating for what?? Speaking for the greater fast food consuming public here, We all just come there to scarf em down, do i really care what the left side front corner looks like? Please god i hope your not putting in one of those tim hortons style "lounges" with the fake fire and fake goldfish floating around. 2 options it could be. Or you are putting in that lounge, or you got the local rat situation going on and needed a quick refresh
