Had a great first time here and also loved the “bobby bangkok” which was suggested from our waiter Ryan. He was very efficiently quick, friendly and gave us amazing service. 10/10 Would definitely go back!

Honestly everything was underwhelming. The first bite was good but then the more you ate the more you realize the food was not that good. Everything was pretty bland. My poached eggs did not run when broken into. The pancakes and French toast were tasteless. The organic maple syrup was watery. Wow I have never been to a breakfast place that disappointed like this place. Two stars for all the wait staff who were friendly and efficient.

I went there yesterday with my daughter, enjoyed very much! the Food is delicious. the service which offered by Nighat is amazing, Nighat is very professional and she is nice, friendly with beautiful smile on her face all the time! definitely will go back more often!

I really like the concept and the variety of dishes, and their bread and matcha latte were both very good. That said, my experience had a few issues. The matcha crepe I ordered was slightly undercooked, with some raw batter inside. I also noticed a hair that seemed to be stuck in one of the potatoes, which suggests there may be room to improve hygiene practices, such as using hair nets. Overall, I think this place has great potential and could be even better with a bit more attention to detail.

They used to have a birthday special, but unfortunately don’t anymore. They don’t sing or bring cake for the birthday person either. However, they are accommodating when you come with a baby. Food is always good too!

Me and my boyfriend were served by Loan and she is just amazing she was training a Young girl on her first day and clearly I could see her service she was patient and super professional just because of her and of course because of the food I recommend this testa to anyone that want to have an amazing brunch experience in Laval

Breakfast is breakfast but L' Avenue is the breakfast place to go. Was really impressed with my plate, especially their baked potatoes, bacon & their blueberry lemon pancake, is the bomb. Laura was polite & nice. Highly recommend!!

I went there for the first time a few weeks ago. It was amazing. The service, the food, the atmosphere. We got there close to the closing hour (before) but we were let in by Ghiles who accommodated us, served us great. The meal was fast and good ! That's some nice customer service ! Will definitely come back !

I have been going to the original l'avenue since 2003 on Mont Royal street, the food used to be fantastic ,delicious and generous, back then they even had a club sandwich so big that If you can finish it you get a second one or a desert. I went today to the laval location and was very disappointed the food was tastless, don't bother ordering the omelet which is supposed to be be with feta , it lacks flavor and the omelet is mixed with flour to make it puff up probably to use less eggs. it tastes more bready them what an omelet ( looks large as you will see in the picture but no substance) , the toppings few cucumbers which was supposed to be zucchini and some feta cheese, the filling was minimal ( spinach and mushrooms) and tastes like nothing really. Potatoes were very dry and again tasteless, tried to dip them in so much ketchup to taste like something . The quantity is more like a sample then a side ( potatoes at the original l'avenue used to almost be the star of the dish, so juicy and flavoursome , not this one ). The only good thing this place has going for it is the nice decor and atmosphere, but that will not bring me back there. The prices are steep, and I wouldn't have minded if the food was as enjoyable as I remembered. I was very disappointed unfortunately .😞

I Iove a good sweet brunch but this place didn’t really deliver. The service was friendly and reliable but the food was very average. The French toast was a bit hard and it was quite expensive compared to other chain brunch spots in Laval. The decor was cool but this place is a bit overhyped.

I went there a few months ago and it was a very average experience. Their interior is quite lovely, but it's not enough space for the number of tables. We were seated behind the separation wall in the middle of the room, and as there was someone sitting right beside the other side of the wall, all we could hear was their conversation. Food was good, but the portions were really small and the prices were very high in comparison. The service was quite slow as well. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be coming back.
