Food tasted okay, but not what we expected. I ordered chicken satay, but arrived was more like a curry with vegetables and sauce - far from the usual skewers with peanut sauce. The pork basil is more like a generic stir fry with sliced pork and mixed vegetables, it doesn’t have the basil flavor entirely. The thai noodle soup was overly sweet and unbalanced. I understand there should be some sweetness from the coconut milk, but this one tasted more sugary than flavorful. Service was disappointing. The personnel who greeted us wasn’t accommodating and had an unfriendly tone, seemed like he didn’t want to deal with guests. I booked for 4 person on their website (no option for 5 or more), and when we asked to adjust he told us we should’ve called to reserve instead - which we did but no one answered. Five of us had to squeeze at the corner table, which could’ve been handled better. The only positive was the female staff who was genuinely friendly and welcoming. For a Thai/Cambodian/Vietnamese restaurant, I expected the taste closer from the authentic dishes. Overall, the experience felt misleading and disappointing.
