We stayed in the neighbouring Hotel for just over a week and had breakfast and the odd dinner here and there during our stay. The staff was exemplary and made my birthday day extra special by giving me cake (with a candle to blow out), sung me happy birthday and made my breakfast plate look extra fancy! Very helpful staff and helped us navigate the city and offered good advice for our overall stay, lovely to chat to and the day time waitress remembered our drinks order and had it ready to go once we sat down! Good value for money and solid food.

This restaurant service was one of the best we have ever had. Our sever was super friendly and helpful. The food came fast even though they seemed busy. If you live near by be sure to stop by and if your traveling dine here instead of hitting fast food. Well worth it. Great job thanks for a good meal.

Salmon wrap was extremely good. We came the next day for more :). The owner is very friendly and pleasant. Was happy to accommodate us when we came after the restaurant closed for the 2 - 4 pm break.

Idk who our waitress was in the morning (Aug 22), but having only one server for the morning doesn't seem great. The waitress would look almost disgusted when she had to do things for our table, from when we arrived or asked for the bill.

This is our second year visiting and eating breakfast at Restaurant Joseph. We are from Nova Scotia and were pleasantly surprised. The staff are so genuinely friendly especially Abby. The breakfast was very reasonably priced, delicious and we ate everything on the plate. The breakfast potatoes are exceptional. We will definitely be back again several times during our 9 day vacation.

Stayed at the Hotel Newstar and Josephs was right inside. Although not impressed with the hotel itself, Josephs was by far a true hidden gem. The food was amazing and their menu was extensive. Breakfast was especially wonderful with the potatoes being out of this world. Even if we don't come back to stay at the hotel, we will be back for Restaurant Joseph for sure.
