The staff was extremely friendly. The atmosphere and decor if the place are really cute as well. The food I will say is quite plain. The bibimbap sauce is not very flavorful. The miso soup however is nice.

I have been to many places for a good, authentic korean fried chicken that does not feel too soggy. This place is my go-to korean fried chicken place in all of montreal!

This restaurant creates an experience. Every bite was extraordinary—beautifully crafted, deeply flavorful, and completely unforgettable. The kind of place that makes me pause mid-bite and think, “Wow… this is something special.” Exceptional in every sense. I’m already looking forward to coming back.

Went there with my wife yesterday and my god, this place is great. The food is absolutely amazing, I've had many Korean food in Montreal, but this just because my number 1 spot. Can't wait to go again. The waiters we're extremely nice as well.

I really don't understand where all the positive reviews are coming from. For me, it was one of the worst meals I’ve ever had. The tempura shrimp were tasteless and soaked in greasy oil. The fries had some seasoning on them, but they still didn't taste good. The fried chicken in soy sauce was disgusting—again, so soaked in oil that it was dripping onto the table. The chicken had been thawed and was dry. My grilled tenderloin looked more like a kebab from a terrible shop and had absolutely no flavor. The broccoli and beans were thawed, too; they were supposed to be grilled but came from frozen packs. On top of that, I got a small soup that was completely tasteless. It was a terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

What an amazing find it was stopping in at Restaurant Itaewon! We first stopped in for Soju and snacks, and returned a few days later for lunch. The beef dumplings are a must try. The pork bibimbap was tasty with just the right amount of spice, and the fried chicken was nice and crispy, even after being drenched in sauce. The food was delicious but the customer service was really what stood out. Our waiter remembered us from our first visit and was so kind, helpful and has amazing customer service. We will come back next time we’re in MTL.

Awesome place, service is excellent and only surpassed by the flavor of the colorful dishes. The portions are perfect for hungry people just like me, but also you could simply share. You can order whatever dish and I doubt you'll end up unsatisfied. Definitely added to my favorite list.

Denied a 5 years old to use the bathroom. I am a recurring customer and asked them if my son could pee and I was told by the waiter that the boss said no.

Heard many good things about this place so we decided to try it out, and it was .... kind of disappointing. First of all, the service was really great. The staffs are wonderful. And it's a very cute store. But the food is not so great though. They were just so plain. I mean it was a nice experience because of the staffs but i don't think i'll be coming back soon.

Had the bibimbop for lunch everything tasted amazing and all the ingredients were extremely fresh. The menu also had instructions on how to mix it properly if you've never had it before.
