I was really excited to try Pho for the first time, but it ended up being a bit underwhelming for me. Since it was my first experience, I’m not entirely sure if this is how it’s supposed to taste, but it didn’t quite meet my expectations. The broth was light and comforting, but the meat was the main issue for me. The pieces didn’t feel like great quality, and the fried texture of the beef felt like an odd contrast against the soft, delicate broth. It didn’t blend as well as I expected, and kind of took away from the overall experience. On the plus side, the portion size was huge, definitely generous, though I couldn’t finish it all. One standout was the beef skewers, which were actually really delicious. They were well-seasoned, flavorful, and cooked nicely, making them the highlight of the meal. Overall, while this particular experience didn’t fully win me over, I’d still be open to trying pho again somewhere else to see if a different spot might change my impression.

Our family’s first trip to Canada, and we’re so glad we found this gem! These spring rolls tasted just like home—perfectly crispy. The restaurant is super cozy, and the staff made us laugh with their great sense of humor. Such a warm welcome to the country. We’ll definitely be back!

One of the best places to eat PHO and grilled meats plater ( with noodles or rice and salad). Really good spring rolls with peanut sauce 😋. Quality price is actualy one of the best I had. Specialy for it's location downtown. These main dishes are about 16-19$ . Highly recomanded for those 2 types of foods (soup or grilled meat of choice with the entree i mentioned) . Doesn't have a lot of other choices tho. But what they do have. 10/10! Overall experience is always nice and kind and fast with good quality food and prices.

The food is delicious, and the service is very friendly, attentive, and quick. The restaurant is very clean and cute. I especially love the pork rib pho—the ribs are much bigger than at other places I’ve tried.

I finally found a spot that serves Pho just like back in Vietnam. The food was amazing, and the waitress with short hair and bangs made the experience even better with her great sense of humor and dedicated service. I highly recommend everyone give this place a try!

I visited Montreal as a tourist and chose this restaurant because it was highly recommended by many people. The staff were friendly and able to recommend dishes based on customers’ tastes, the food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I also ordered some extra food to take with me to eat in the car.

I had an amazing experience at IAM Pho! The service was absolutely top-notch — the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. My order arrived quickly, and everything was handled with care and professionalism. They checked in just the right amount to make sure everything was perfect without being intrusive. WORST SERVICE EVER! The staff conplained : (DON’T WASTE MY TIME!) Went there with my friends, I had to order first coz I have to leave early. The staff( short lady with a short hair and bangs) came to take our orders but I told her just me then, SHE GOT ANNOYED AND TOLD ME SHE’ll take our orders when we’re all ready. I didn’t have time to explain coz she was murmuring and said NOT TO WASTE HER TIME(it was not busy) AUNTIE!!!! If you’re RUDE, don’t serve people. I’m also a server and I don’t act like what you did!!! Another staff served us after what she did because they saw what happened but they were just laughing. SO UNPROFESSIONAL tbh. Will never go back in there again!!! This pho restaurant will just RUIN YOUR APPETITE!

I never write reviews but felt I needed to for this, especially when the cost was $21. I went for a pickup and ordered the #17 chicken vermicelli & salad plate at the counter. Took 20 min, which was to be expected, however, the chicken was overcooked and looked like it had been sitting there for 3 hours. The only decent thing was the spring roll. Sadly, will not be going there again. Very disappointed
