Maybe it's because it's a bit past noon, een though there are a couple of servers on the floor compared to the high number of customers, the waiters are slow to answer the needs of a table and slow to notice a table needs service. Young man with glasses is a bit cocky and offers poor service. I'm rather unimpressed both with the service and the quantity and quality of the noodles... especially when a bowl of pho is now $19. There is very little noodles for a big bowl of soup noodles even though the price is 19$ and it's the highest price in the area for vietnamese beef soup noodles i have seen. Less noodle and not as good of a quality as it used to, both for the quantity of noodles and beef in a bowl is less than before and the quality is not much better. Service and food quality in this restaurant is very inconsistent. It changes depending if you come for lunch or supper. It feels as though has more attentive staff and better service. Very unimpressive for this visit unfortunately.

I have been to this resto several times and I enjoy the food, the reception & especially the services. They have a special on Wednesday, even though it's super busy, the waiter & waitress (especially Huong) are always pleasant to fill our requests. I strongly recommend Hô`Guom for their authentic Vietnamese dishes.
The best pho soup i have eaten in a long time. I will be back.
The best pho around!!!! Service is good and fast Water service is good Will keep coming back if service stay consistent!! Good job
Best Vietnamese food I've eaten. The basil sauce was extraordinary. The soup was expertly prepared and full of savory thin sliced meat. Opt for the crunchy noodles - it's an absolute boon to the texture.
Everything was amazing, the food was great, the atmosphere was fantastic and the staff is just out of this world, felt like the staff were my childhood friend group. Definitely recommend, this place is a must especially with the prices, 30$ gets you an entree, a soup , a big meal and dessert with tea.
So glad to have found this restaurant on the South Shore! Great addition to the area. The food was fresh and delicious. Both the pho and the bun bo hue had broths that were light yet full of flavour. The service was efficient and well-organized, and the restaurant itself was very clean. Definitely will be back and it’s BYOW which is always nice!
Two couples on a Saturday night. We had a delicious meal, good price and service.
I think it’s the best Pho I had, the broth is delicious, the flavour is right. We had the grilled chicken and the beef. If your craving a delicious and comforting Pho, this is the place. The staff is super and the restaurant is super clean. Love it !!
A great restaurant to go to, amazing food and great service. Has a very nice asian atmosphere and music, love this place. 😃
Its a very nice restaurant with good service and enthusiastic waiters with good attitude. The good is decent as well and they have a very big selection for their menu, which is a rare feature for a vietnamese restaurant. Inside the restaurant is also very beautiful. Their Pho portions, even for a large size seem a bit small but otherwise its a great restaurant and one i would highly recommend! 😄😁☺️
First time eating inside Ho Guom and we definitely ate well. Really great service, atmosphere and food. Good portion and quality of food. Definitely will be back!
Excellent service and food!
I got general tao chicken and it was ok. The prices are very reasonable. My friends really like the place though so maybe it was just my choice of meal. It wasn't bad.
Such a good find on the South Shore! These two dishes are not commonly on the menu in Vietnamese restaurants: Bún chả Hà Nội and Bún ốc. Bún chả Hà Nội (forgot to take a photo) was an insane discovery for me: smoky, freshly grilled pork, served with rice vermicelli and a big plate of herbs. You dip everything into a sweet and savory fish-sauce broth, and every bite tastes light, fragrant, and super satisfying. Bún ốc was equally memorable in a totally different way: a comforting bowl of rice noodles in a tangy, tomato-based broth with snails. It’s bright, slightly sour, and refreshing rather than heavy, especially with the herbs and garnishes mixed in. If you’re craving something beyond the usual phở and bánh mì, this is definitely worth trying.
The food is good. There is also a variety to choose from. Very flexible when it comes to how I like my soup. The only bad thing is the service. The lady waiter who served us earlier gave us an attitude. She wasn’t polite nor approachable. She raised up her voice when we added more food items on the order. Also, there weren’t any follow-ups. No water served. Nothing. Seems like they don’t want people to dine in.
Food poisoning from intestines. They had a foul smell and smells bad. Vomitted and had stomach cramps. I think they did not properly clean the intestines. Other soup was good.
Great Vietnamese restaurant! Always a delight!
Great food and service, huge portions and 100% worth the money
